Despite being extremely busy with three other customers at the same time, Omid patiently and efficiently handled all of our requests. He even installed a protector on my new phone and made multiple calls to my provider to resolve some technical issues. Due to a software glitch, he had to manually fill out my contract, which he did with a smile! Omid's dedication, expertise, and friendly demeanor made my shopping experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend asking for Omid if you need assistance at Best Buy - he's a true asset to the team!"

Good selection of computers, phones, video games, household items like vacuums and washing machines. Helpful staff, there is usually a very technical person available if you request it... they have been very careful with COVID and one manager was extra helpful to me when I took the pictures, he made sure I was okay and it just felt like they had the store being run professionally, his name was Aman and I can see why they made him a manager because he was a great communicator. I also got excellent help with headphones from Nidhi :)

I bought a laptop from them today and even though I have good information about laptops, they still helped me a lot to make the the best choice at the best price. I want to thank Masoud who spent a lot of time with me as an expert with great knowledge also there was a good experience with Josh as a very kind manager, and their good manners created a good shopping experience for me.

Great deals when things are on sale - TV and Polk Audio Speakers (Speakers returned because they were too big). Friendly staff, if you can find somebody to help you. Nice layout and updated Interior that is accessible from Interior and exterior of mall via escalators and elevators.

Great selection of equipment and devices, etc.

Had an absolute amazing experience in sales customer-service and management with Omid.
I pre-ordered a Samsung S24 Ultra from Bell, and just three days before its scheduled arrival, it was inexplicably canceled. During the initial order, there was a promotion offering a $450 credit for trading in your old phone.
Another employee informed me they could offer the same deal on the phone and plan, but they couldn't honor the $450 credit promotion because, according to them, it had already ended. Oddly enough, the expiration date provided matched the day I received the cancellation email and visited the store, but the staff showed no interest in looking into it.
Frustrated, I sought advice from my brother and visited Best Buy, where I met Omid. To my surprise, Omid not only confirmed that the $450 credit promotion was still valid but also offered a much better deal on both the phone and the plan. His commitment and readiness to exceed expectations in assisting us turned the entire experience into something truly extraordinary. After securing the better deal with Omid, I promptly returned the phone to Bell and canceled the plan right after. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Omid's exceptional service and commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience. Omid exemplified the absolute epitome of perfect management and customer service.

Was with my friend I and this absolute G of an employee who did did a crazy skill touch with a ball I had purchase early. HE deserved a bonus.

This is the best place to find the equipment that you need to buy and people who are working there are great. I tried to trade my phone, and there was this guy named Omid. He finds me a great deal to trade in my phone, and I was really happy with the purchase that I did in Best Buy.

I don’t often post reviews but I feel an employee- Priyesh deserves some recognition for his service today. It’s a busy week being Black Friday and after waiting some time to get some gaming items and being ignored by other employees, he left the area he was stocking to help me, and even to order an item in they didn’t have in stock. He truly went above and beyond in customer service, so thank you so much!
