I really love the professional and amazing service I received from Dr. Shen and his staff team. I came into the office in extreme tooth pain and an infection. The office was actually completely booked up for that day! Dr.Shen and his staff team went above and beyond and stayed after hours to help me and do an emergency root canel. While I waited for the dentist, they gave me my prescription so I could go and get it and get it started while I waited for Dr. Shen. Dr. Allen Shen is amazing! He has followed up with me several times and ensured I had his cell number for over the weekend in case I needed to get in touch with him!! Thank you so much for your caring, attentive and professional service. I'm so grateful 🙏

The dentists, hygienists and employees at this office are some of the kindest and most knowledgeable and caring people I’ve ever met. The work done is always perfect and done with compassion, and the lengths the front staff go to make sure each procedure is covered by insurance is extremely helpful. Also a very modern and calming environment in the waiting area helps :)

I have finally found a dentist whom I adore! You wouldn't think that's possible but Laura makes the visits comfortable. She is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about you as her patient. I don't dread going to the dentist any longer. Also, her staff is amazing! Caring and super patient with answering questions. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Amazing experience for me! I have not seen a dentist or hygienist in 11years. My hygienist did an amazing job and when I asked her to go back in an area she did not hesitate. After the cleaning then hygienist stated I brush my teeth very well and that the cleaning was very minimal. Upon consulting with the dentist I had far more criticism on yhe state on my teeth then her. We only agreed on three not quite cavities to fill. I would have insisted on more but the dentist stated they are not there yet. I don't feel like they are out to get money and genuinely care for you mouth as needed.

My family and I have had Dr. Shen as our dentist since 2003. No regrets in switching from the one I had before (he moved further away). He has always been professional, and made my kids feel comfortable. Want a dentist who cares about his patients? An expert in his field, uses the latest technology? Look no further.

Dr.Shen is fantastic. The staff are super friendly. Both of my boys now see Dr Shen. He and the staff are great with young children and making them comfortable seeing the dentist for their first time. I recommend Plateau Village dental to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My 3 year old had his first real visit to the dentist yesterday, and it went marvelously. Dr. Laura Wan, and her assistant, Chelsea, were so patient and kind with him, and he has been chatting all afternoon about how nice the dentists were and how it wasn’t at all scary to go there (even though he was quite worried beforehand.) Thank-you so much!

I am a new patient. I came for my cleaning. Jasmine, Dental Hygienist did a good job.
My sister who was with me, asked the receptionist how much would it cost for xrays and exam as she does not have any insurance..My sister was in pain over the weekend. Dr. Shen overheard her question and answered it.
Dr. Shen asked her to sit on the chair, examined and did some work.. After the examination and xrays, he said,"you are not going to be charged for the partial filling and will give 10% off".
We left Dr. Shen's clinic very happy. We are not rich people. We felt Dr. Shen's compassion today.

So your looking at reviews a pledge off advice. For every bad review the business gets 94.5% excellent ones , why? Some people cannot see or understand when a dentist repeats three different methods to drive the same advice to the patient and yet they hear only what they want to hear, this creates a negative review. I have attended Plateau Village Dental for over fifteen (15) years and I am never let down on the highest quality of work preformed. Most dentist can do most work well enough to get a B grade more often it’s a C. The skilled staff at Village performs at a level that is surely GOD GIVEN. I have had surgeons complete work my mouth that compares less than that of Village Dental and mor3 of the highest qualified suergeon. I noticed it’s never about the money but in preforming text book quality work. I don’t ask you try this practise just to get you in the door, the request I make is, visit this practise and if you listen to the dentist as they tell you three(3) different ways of making this procedure a complete success. Try it. It’s one decision you’ll make you’ll be glad you’ll be glade you did

Dr. Wan's integrity, gentleness, and honesty would make me recommend her to anybody. I expect she would be great with kids also primarily because of her relaxed approach (don't have any kids to know) . Their staff is very friendly and helpful in presenting a comfortable atmosphere. Lots of available parking, and other stores to visit in the strip mall.

Just started going after taking too much time away from dentists. He did a great job getting it done fast and painless replacing a molar that had broken and pulling a wisdom tooth another dentist told would be fine but started bothering me. I would recommend to friends and family.

Love this office and Dr. Wan. She's always done great work in my mouth and is always on time. I'm also happy to have my family see her because i know they're in good hands. I would, and have, recommend(ed) her to all my friends.

Super friendly - been going to Dr Shen for 10 years. My kids also see Dr Wan. Both are fantastic. All staff are very helpful and professional.

The dentists are caring and sensitive. The hygenists are friendly, careful and efficient. The receptionists are friendly and cheerful. Plateau Dental is a wonderful place to take care of your smile!

I'm very nervous sitting in the dentist chair at the best of times. I went today and had 2 extractions, I was in and out super quickly and he charged me the least amount possible. I'd go back again!
