Moonbeam was super helpful. What we anticipated was going to be a quick install turned into a multi hour project that required lots of problem solving. He was polite and thorough and got us what we wanted.

Moon beam was fantastic he hooked up power to our new hot tub. Then went above and beyond to then help out with finding some electrical shorts at the house and fixed them up now everything is tiptop. Top notch service best regards.

We got an appointment on the same day, and the best part was I could do all my errands because they gave me a call when Chris was on his way. Very professional, easy to book. Highly recommend.

Technician showed care and compassion following a flood in our house and was prompt and thorough as well as being good to help me understand what he was doing to check and secure the site.

I had to make an emergency call around 8pm. They promptly answered the call and walked me through the situation to confirm if it was/wasn't an emergency. When we realized it was not, a visit was arranged for a couple of days later.

The tech arrived on time and quickly completed the work. He was happy to answer questions too. The cost was reasonable and no extra/unusual fees charged.

I see a complaint from Simon Hardy-Francis about a fee to give a quote. IMO, this is a poor reason to give a low rating. Reality is, highly rated electricians are in demand and giving quotes still cost the company $$. I check this rating service to help assess quality of work completed, not just a phone call.

We had a flickering in our dining room light. We thought it was a ghost but Ken was able to find that it was loose connection on the switch, a quick repair, not cheap but the service was great

Excellent service and reasonably price. Shaun did a great job on my EV charger installation.

Highmark electrical installed my car charger. The experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and professional technicians. I would recommend them to friends and family.
