It’s been 2 years that my wife, my daughter and I are visiting Aark Dental for our dental works (cleaning, filling, extraction, crown, surgery, implant, etc.). Each time we visit the office we are amazed by the quality of services that we receive from the entire team: Dr. Yousefi, his dental assistants, the dental hygienist Bahar, and the front desk staff.

When we first visited the office in 2019, Dr. Yousefi proceeded with a thorough examination of our teeth and provided us with a complete and clear treatment plan. Now after 2 years and multiple treatment sessions we can say with confidence that we have much healthier teeth. Recently, I received a surgery for a tooth that I had lost a few years ago and now I have a beautiful implant sitting there!

The office space is very welcoming and each dental station is equipped with high-end dental tools, monitors, a mouth washing station and an X-ray machine. You can even enjoy watching TV while the team is taking care of your teeth!

The good news for those who just like me have Pacific Blue Cross dental insurance is that the office only asks you to pay the portion non-covered by the insurance and then recovers the other portion directly from Pacific Blue Cross. This was extremely helpful for us because some dental offices ask the patient to pay the full amount, and the patient will need to request a reimbursement from their insurance separately.

We are also very happy with the way they are managing the office through the pandemic and we always feel safe attending our appointments (limited number of patients in the waiting room, sanitizing stations, plexiglass sheets at the front desk, face shields and special gowns for the doctor and the dental assistants.)

We are so glad that we chose Aark Dental as our one-stop dental office among the numerous dental offices that exist in Tricity.

Came in with an urgent request. The staff were friendly and helpful, finding an appointment for me. Dr. Li was a complete artist! Right from the beginning, he explained the process, took pictures of the damage and explained what he was doing. He froze me like a magician. I didn't feel a thing! And not too much either, it wasn't like my whole mouth was numb just the bit he was working on. He took pictures after so I could see the repair.
It was so well done that I made an appointment for a proper cleaning and then had a filling fixed after that. I have officially found a new dentist!
The office is in the mall so parking is always available. They will do all the regular stuff like give you quotes beforehand and direct bill insurance.
I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

The staff at this office were very helpful and informative, and fit me in quickly because I had a toothache. Dr. Yousefi was great, he diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed my tooth. No more pain, and my filling is beautiful.
I will return again for a complete checkup and to make sure that the rest of my teeth remain problem free and healthy.

My experience at Aark Dental was definitely a positive one. I came in with a broken front tooth and it was below the gum and no other option but to have it removed. Now this was absolutely not what I ever wanted to happen in my mouth. But as it was extraction was the only option.
Everyone was so compassionate that I felt assured it was going to all come out for the better. I had the surgery and had to have a bone graft also. I then had to have an implant and all so smooth. Healing was on going and I had decided to have a full upper arch reconstruction. Dr. Y was fantastic. So professional and precise in his work . We had to have a number of appointments were to be preformed and he kept is word that no appointments were going to be longer than 2 hours. When it was all finished and new crowns cemented I had a brand new beautiful smile and a more youthful look. Everyone at the office is top notch. the best service and so friendly. I was so relieved as my daughters wedding was only a few moths away and all the work was completed in time with room to spare. Thank you everyone at Aark Dental :)

I've been seeing Dr. Yousefi for quite a few years now and he is the most pleasant dentist I've ever personally encountered. He is very gentle with his work and appointments never feel rushed. All of the CDA's and receptionists are also very polite and eager to help which is super refreshing. I would 100% recommend Aark dental to anyone looking for a reputable dental clinic.

I am very happy with the treatment I have received from the whole front and back staff of Aark dental. I have previously gotten cleaning done from both Sylvain and Bahar, and I loved how gentle and caring both of them were. Dr. Yousefi himself also was very knowledgable and fair with his treatments

I was sent to AARK through 123Dentist with an excruciatingly painful tooth-my own dentist couldn’t fit me in for another 4 days. Called Aark on a Sunday evening and they got me in the next day on a stat holiday.
Amazingly friendly staff right from reception on. They explain everything clearly and take their time with you.
I have a follow up to get my root canal and cannot be more pleased!

My experience at this dental clinic had been phenomenal .For my first visit I was impressed with all the staff and Lisa the dental higienes was very caring and professional. The Dr took the time to answer my questions and he was very easy to talk to very professional. I found my new dental clinic for my whole family :)

I have had many Dental appointments, and dental procedures, and this was the first time in my life that I did not feel any pain at all during the freezing process! I believe that the pain of the needle for freezing is the number one cause for people to fear Dental appointments, and knowing that Dr Mohammad Yousefi can accomplish freezing without pain is knowing that he might be the best dentist ever! On top of that, I was in and out in under an hour and that was having three fillings! I could not be more impressed with my experience at AARK Dental!

Dr.Yousefi is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very fast and explains any procedure/dental issue in great detail. Throughout all of my visits to this clinic the staff have been very accommodating and helpful! Love this office <3

Sylvain is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. He has wonderful bedside manner and is very knowledgeable and up-to-date. He gave me some great tips on how to improve my sensitive teeth and dental routine. We moved, and I was thinking of switching dentists, but now that Sylvain is my hygienist I am happy to commute in order to have a stress free appointment. I no longer need to take medication to calm me down before a cleaning.

Aark Dental removed my fear of dental work. Every single person who works there is amazing. Dr. Youseffi is patient and helpful. He really listened to what we needed and didn't push, didn't guilt, even though it had been a very long time since me or my husband were taking care of our teeth.

My husband's intense terror of dentists was such that he needed oral sedation for a cleaning. Now he goes on his own and comes back with a smile.

The hygienist, Sylvan, has hands of gold. It is the least painful cleaning I have ever had in my life. He is ever cheery and is a delight to see. I can say for the first time in my life that I am not scared of going to the dentist.

A few months ago I needed fillings, and my fear of them encouraged me to ask for oral sedation. After the first go at it, I did the rest of the fillings without. Yeah, I was nervous, but no where near what I used to be.

I recommend this place to anyone who wants a positive dental experience, no matter how severe their situation is. No guilting, no fuss no muss. Helpful and professional, I'm not going anywhere else.

AARK DENTAL HAS THE BEST CARE, HOURS AND STAFF. Naomi and the front desk assistants are all excellent, caring, accommodating and friendly. Dr. Yousefi is a genius at Ortho and dentistry. He takes his time, answers all your questions and does amazing work. The hygenist Sylvain is absolutely delightful. He is gentle and funny and keeps you distracted during the cleanings, which don't even hurt. Naomi is the star of this office for sure. She has taken care of my whole family, through what seems like hundreds of appointments for ortho and dental work. This office has excellent hours of operation and they are excellent with extended health coverage through work plans. I never have to worry about being overcharged or being booked into unnecessary cash and grab dental appointments. If you need a great family dentist who will care for you this is the place to go.
