Paul is an excellent inspector. He was very flexible and understanding during last-minute schedule changes, and proactive in his communications with me throughout. Paul is priced competitively, he was extremely efficient during the inspection and left a lot of time at the end for my questions. He even gave me a binder with detailed information and instructed me to write down the deficiency list, which, as a first-time homer buyer was very helpful. Paul is friendly, dresses professionally, he's punctual and he had the report sent back to me the same day. Great service, all around.

Paul with Acme Home Inspections recently helped me inspect a one bedroom apartment that I was looking to purchase. My parents and I gave him a very limited time frame to schedule the inspection as we wanted multiple family members to be there and he was flexible and willing to accommodate us. During the inspection Paul was very thorough inspecting every aspect of the apartment and taking pictures for his report. When he toured us around the apartment to explain his findings it was obvious how knowledgable he was. He encouraged us to take notes as well as taught my family and I a lot of important general information for first time home owners. Paul inspected a home for us with a few days notice. He was on time, professional, and extremely thorough. He took time to go over all the house concerns with us, explained everything clearly, and even gave us advice on a few things that aren't usually included in the report. The report is very detailed. Very possible that we could avoid some unexpected costly expenses with Paul's inspection. Well worth the money. Would recommend.

I called Paul to do an inspection on the condo. He was very polite and sounded professional over the phone. To schedule the appointment was a breeze. He showed up ahead of time and met me by the building entrance. The inspection was done very professionally and efficiently. Paul was very methodical and paid attention to many details which a regular home buyer would not even notice. He also used specialty tools to check the moisture and other things during the inspection. At the beginning he provided me with a file with very helpful information. He also provided a full inspection report with pictures and extra comments.

Paul came to inspect a condo that we were looking to purchase. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. He went out of his way to provide as much information as possible, even looking out for potential safety concerns knowing that we have a newborn and a toddler. Excellent job.

I initially met Paul when he conducted a home inspection on the property I was selling. My wife and I were so impressed with him and his work that when it came time to choose an Inspector for the property we were hoping to purchase we called Paul.

Paul did a very thorough job inspecting the building and the Unit we were looking to purchase. He was respectful of the property and the current owners belongings while still conducting an excellent inspection. Paul was well prepared with the proper equipment to check areas where there may be heat loss, as well as areas where there may have been moisture, among other things.

Paul's report on-site was thorough and clear. While I have little experience in building and construction, he was able to take the time to explain what everything meant and how it worked. A thorough report was emailed in a timely fashion with a detailed report of the inspection, the report also contained pictures which highlighted the areas we had discussed earlier in the day.

At all times Paul presented himself and conducted his inspection in an extremely professional manner.
I will be recommending Acme Home Inspections to any of my friends, family members or coworkers who require a home inspection.
