We have been clients of this clinic for the past 27 years and lucky to be treated by Dr. Chedraoui and his staff along all those years without having even a single complaint. Instead, our satisfaction was their goal and priority.

Had an emergency dental issue and on a Sunday, and from the phone call onward, the team was amazing. Kind, caring and supportive. The care they gave me and the time they took to treat(and most importantly, explain the issue to me) was more than i hoped for. Dr. Ng was professional, attentive and her work was incredible! Cannot recommend them enough!

Staff always courteous and pleasant. Dr Eng and Raju, the hygienist, always provide excellent service for several years now. Cathy, at reception, is always pleasant to deal with.

I needed a dental appointment semi urgently and my own regular dentist was closed all over the long weekend. I happened upon this clinic by chance by searching for dentists open on Sundays. I arrived at the clinic guarded ready to politely decline scripted requests for x rays and other expensive tests.

I’m pleased to say, I had such a pleasant experience. No cookie cutter approach. I met a pleasant receptionist and a dental hygienist prior to Dr Behan coming in, she was keen to listen to my actual concerns and addressed them promptly without leaving me heftily out of pocket.

Would definitely return here.

Amazing clinic! Not afraid of dentist anymore as dr Chedraoui is the best. Staff is great, welcoming and very friendly while being extremely professional. I would recommend this clinic to everyone of all ages!

This has been my dental clinic since I was around 4 years old! Dr. Chedraoui is the most gentle and kind and knowledgeable dentist, and I am forever thankful for his humor and patience with me as a child, and his continuation of this even now as an adult!!

I also recently had my two bottom wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Buffy and a very kind dental assistant (she has dark brown hair?? I wish I could remember her name!!). Although I was a bit nervous, they were so informative and reassuring the whole time. The procedure went by so quickly! It felt like the anaesthesia kicking in took much longer than the teeth being removed! I called back the clinic later in the day for some more advice over pain post-op and they were quick to give me advice and help me even over the phone. I can’t complain at all about this experience (although I admit I’ve experienced better things in life than having teeth removed😂). Dr. Buffy and the kind dental assistant made what could have been a very painful and scary experience into an efficient and calm procedure.

Overall, I have was fearful of dentistry for most of my life since finding this location and becoming my new location I don’t mind going anymore. The staff are always kind friendly they understand and I’ve always taken extra steps to make sure that I feel comfortable. I very much enjoy going there now and I’ve recommended the location to multiple people.

Dr Chedroui is an outstanding dentist , He is patient and always care to explain to you about the dental procedure he will be doing . He makes you feel at ease .Front desk Becky was amazing , always cheerful and helpful .

Dr. Ng help me out with a tooth extraction twice and she was very professional and the best part of all is she saved me $1500 from going to a super expensive dentist!! Instead, I got a very good price and I was taking care of very well. You’re in good hands with Dr. Ng!

Today I had my first experience with Canadian dental practice. I so happy! Dr.Dana and her assistant are the best of the best! I can recommend her to everyone without doubts!

My most recent visit yesterday was for Crown that fell off at dinner the night before. I called first thing next morning to have it reattached asap. They got me in 2 hours later. The front desk staff, dental assistant and Dr. Eng were very helpful and professional.

Dr. Chedraoui’s care is very patient and gentle. My little guy had his first filling done, and the staff at Coq Centre Dental clinic made sure he was comfortable, calm, and not scared through the entire procedure. My kids see Parry for their regular cleaning- she is the absolute best with little and big kids alike! We love her

My family have been patients of Dr. Paul Chedraoui since 1988 when we moved to the area. He is the best dentist not only in his professionalism in the dental work he does but also is one of the most compassionate and caring dentists. His staff is amazing and would recommend him to anyone who is nervous of having dental work done
