Korna Pet Coquitlam

This is my favourite pet place and go to store. I go out of my way to go here over other pet stores and happily pay a little more over a few extra dollars or deals else where not just for their great selection of food, etc for my fur baby but because they are the kindest and most caring staff. They've always provided me great pet care advice and are genuinely kind-hearted individuals.

We are so happy with all of our experience with this store. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I love that it is family owned and operated. Our cat loves her new cave! Twice, we have ended up going here just because of their better hours, when other stores were closed when were were on our way home and just wanted to grab something, and both of those times we ended up buying fun things that both we are our pets are so happy with.

Have you ever got a card from the pet store? I haven't. So it was definitely a warm and nice surprise. I also love the stickers on the card. Nice touch. Thank you!

Lots of cute toys and high quality food and treats to spend my next paycheque on! I also like that in addition to my Pixie getting something fun on her birthday, I get a discount on my birthday as well!

2022-06-08 update: got a completely unexpected greeting card in my mailbox today from an associate I met when I brought Pixie in with me to buy some treats and toys! Was very surprised at the gesture as it was personalized and seemed very sincere 😊 it was great to meet you too, Jessica!

Best place to get raw food for your pets. They have a pretty decent reward program. Your pet usually gets a free food cake on their birthday. Staff is always helpful and welcoming. They are mostly dog and cat oriented, but they do carry some bird, rodent, and fish supplies as well. Our dog has been eating food from here for most of her life. She is a good weight, healthy and always excited for her next meal.

I visited this store yesterday and had the friendliest cashier who was so helpful. They have a great selection here as well as adorable pet themed gifts for humans! Not a massive store like others (I like the non warehouse feel anyways). Definitely worth a visit.

The best pet store in Coquitlam! Staff are stellar . Extremely friendly/kind and our shy rescue dog Rookie is always happy to go in and see the employees. Has been amazing for his confidence with people. They have wide selection of quality treats and natural foods as well. Love coming here.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice selection of food and toys. Like their policy of grain free food. I would like to mention about their manager, Aprita( think its her name), really helpful and handles the customers really well.

Friendly staff and quite a big selection of supplies. We fed our dog raw and continues pick top the veggie mix here when we don't have time to make our own. Great frozen selection of raw choices including some exotic choices like kangaroo. I highly recommend this store as a one stop pet shop. Excellent bulk bin selection of treats.

Great selection and good prices. We love getting our raw food and treats here. Pro tip: bring a re-usable container to fill with treats for a great zero-waste option! The staff were great last time I was there and even gave me an extra glass jar they had lying around so I could get two different dehydrated treats.

They are the absolute best! Take their time with any questions you may have. I had a questions in regards to changing my dog's food. They spent a good 15 minutes with me explaining the benefits of various different brands and types of food. Very informative and caring. Their customer service shows that they care and value your dog's health and your business.

Love this place, it's a little pricey but it feels good to buy there. They treat my animals with tons of love and are very helpful and accommodating whenever possible

Very friendly staff! Lots of supplements and healthy add-ons for my pets food. They only had one flavour of Acana cat food though, and sadly not the one my picky cat wants haha. But definitely going to be visiting again and again.

I'm super happy with this place. They're prices are reasonable, they have a massive selection of raw dog food, and many snack options including bulk snacks for dogs, but the kicker... They offer free chocolate and coffee/tea while you shop! Staff are very friendly too. Will definitely be back.
