Sussex Insurance - Coquitlam - Westwood Mall

I have been using their car insurance for years. Reason? Their extraordinary customer service they offer. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. They go through all ICBC policies and answering your concerns, but are not pushy!
It's conveniently located inside Superstore. Even though you can renew your policy online now, I will keep going to this location to appreciate their service and great work.

We have had numerous inquiries over here, and Brandon has been amazingly knowledgeable and patient in helping us make the right decisions. Thank you again!

I registered my new car and got insurance in this location. Ellie was the agent. Her customer service was absolutely fantastic. I am impressed by her professionalism and how helpful she was. I called that location before going there and Ellie looked in to the issue that I had and found a solution for it.
