Chris is a great human being. He's always helpful to his customers. His customers always come into his store with a smile on their face and they always leave with a smile on their face. As a businessman he is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend CRS24TEKK! How time flies I can't believe it's been 10 years I've been doing business with Chris!

He is so knowledgeable and is always willing learn and teach. Also, even though his showroom is small, he always fits so many computers in and make them look nice (as Apple computers deserve to look).
He also has a great selection of new AND vintage computers, which has helped me grow my vintage Apple collection.

Fantastic! Chris changed the battery on my 13" mac air (mid 2012) with a New verified genuine apple battery that he even had in stock to my amazement, while i waited 20 minutes which was nice too. This was completely opposite to my experience with Apple Care and one of the Apple stores who wasted a lot of my time unnecessarily. And the service cost was less money than what apple wanted which wasn't important at the time.

Chris at Appletek has helped so many people out over the years and will continue to do so for many more I hope! He is the guy to go to for taking your older laptop and turning it into an SSD drive/spin drive combo. It makes your older laptop boot in 6 seconds and keeps your massive hard drive for storage...and you don't have to buy all to hardware and peripherals!!!!! Go see him if you want to upgrade your laptop and make it run like a modern machine!

I always called Chris/Appletek first for every single question and challenge I have needed to overcome with my computers for over 10 years now. He has always known the right thing to do and the right hardware to install. Each generation of macs have a personality and he knows them all!

Yesterday I called Chris because of problems I was having with the computer I'd bought four years ago. He was so helpful and never made me feel like the ignoramus I am in this field. He was able to lead me through the fix step by step over the phone. That's skill and service!

Chris is a really helpful guy whose got a lot of knowledge and a "get it fixed" mindset. I will definitely return when i need more help with my Macbook Pro.

This guy is GREAT! My only regret is he had to move out of my neighbourhood because a furniture store bought the building. But he can fix anything Mac, and sells good quality used machines.

Have been a customer of Chris's for at least 15 years. Have bought equipment from him and he has done multiple repairs and upgrades over the years . . . Just top notch and a really nice guy to boot . . highly recommend him. Worth the extra drive for me from West Van to his new location!
