Wow! As a new patient to Valley Signature Smiles Family Dentistry - from the moment I walked in the clinic - I was greeted with a welcoming warmth and friendliness which is often only reminiscent of a visit to my favorite spa!

The Reception staff here are so cordial and inviting, I felt like 'family' 😊

She is an exemplary member of the team...exuding a level of care, concern and professionalism, that only comes from years of experience; she is unmatched in her field, or any other. After moving to Nova Scotia in 2019, I was anxious about finding a new dentist. As I have had the same dentist my entire life, finding someone to trust and make me feel comfortable was key. Fast forward to Covid-19 restrictions being adjusted, I felt like it was time to get my pearly whites checked and serviced.

Valley Signature smiles was the best choice I could have made. Their intake staff is friendly and well organized. They greeted me with smiles and had my paperwork all ready even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment! The dental hygienist was kind, efficient and personable. My teeth felt so clean after my service and they even used a special water tool instead of scraping each tooth. Thank you Pardis for the wonderful dental cleaning... looking forward to sitting in your chair in 6 months!

Have always been great with my children who have ADHD and need patience at times.

Shout out to the staff at VSS! They're all so good with kids and making oral health fun. Dr Julie & Amanda taught us a new cool flossing trick and we left with a goodie bag and healthy smiles :)

My 5 year old was afraid of dentists until we went here, she even let the dentist pull her tooth out with no worries 😉 very impressed by him 👍🏼👍🏼

Easily the best dentist office in the world

Dentists are good but reception has been rude more often than not. Since they’re the people you talk to most it really makes you not want to go there. I switched family dentists and don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

My children that are covered by MSI for cleanings have been billed in error 3 years in a row. My 2nd and 3rd visit I confirmed before the cleanings that there was not going to be a bill (was assured there would not be) and was sent a bill in the mail. So I have had to get the error corrected 3 separate times. Too bad front end staff can not get their act together, as the dentist and dental hygienist were excellent.

Had work done at Valley Smiles and not only was it the worst experience but i had to have the work redone at a different dentist😠will never be back nor will i recommend this place to anyone.

The dentist and hygienist we're amazingly wonderful! Front end seemed a bit frazzled and only one was friendly.
