We loved them until they sold to this new guy. First time we met,
he had no idea why we were there. So no one briefed him during the transition. I did ask the talking and telling him where to find stuff on our tax forms. We need our taxes redone and he told us at the beginning of July he'd do it mid September. Didn't respond to my first email around the 15th. Replied to my second one a week later. Said he'd do them "today or tomorrow" and then wrote back quitting the job cause it's too much work on his plate. Will never recommend them again.
