What a wide variety of fabrics and at such fab prices. I am definitely going bk for all my sewing needs. They even had the liner fabric for sofa covers to make them not slip! WOW! Love it and definitely recommend.

Came here to buy some fabric and stuffing for a Halloween costume that I'm making for my dog. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is also very helpful! For the fleece and stuffing I purchased, it only cost me around $7. Threw in a pack of 50 zip ties as well which was only $1.50!

Overall, there's a variety of fabrics and other craft items to choose from and they are priced fairly. I will definitely be coming back.

I like to walk here along the bike path on the weekend some days. Great store for crafting supplies and miscellany like home goods, decor, and toys. There are some really great deals to be found here. Make sure to check the website for coupons and promos!

This place grew so much since I was last there! So much more then a store for knitting and needles like I assumed! It's like a KW surplus for quality homes goods!

Love this place. It is loaded with different craft materials. Lots of yarn, and fabrics and other craft supplies. There are other items for home, clothes, etc at good prices. For me, it is a sewers paradise. The most unique fabrics available!! It is a must see! I love the way they are organized too by fabric types and colours and season. Marine fabrics, batting for quilters, foams of different densities. Everything on huge rolls. Furniture fabrics, curtains, clothing, blankets, you name it, they will have it. Looking for a character fabric (maybe Batman) they have a few of those to choose from. Making something for a holiday (Easter or Christmas) they have lots of those too. This is a must see store.

A crafter's paradise! Yarn and fabric selection is quite extensive. Tons of variety and selection across various crafting materials.

I want to thank Christine At Len's Mills Waterloo.. I was looking for 2 particular types of fabric, I had samples with me.. Immediately she said , Its right here.. i was looking for a quilted material. She has made it her mission to know where all fabrics are sorted to.. she then found more of the Corduroy I was looking for. She was awesome.. and Christines helper, while she was on break was very helpful as well.. THANK YOU!.. THANK YOU !!!!!

If you love seeing them this place is a dream come true! I came here to get a bunch of fabric for plush making supplies and there were so many options! There also tends to be deals on a lot of fabric

They also have faux fur for anybody interested in making art dolls or fursuits

Great store for foam cushions and fabrics. The staff is always friendly and always have ideas to help with your projects. If you sew or fabricate anything this store is so amazing!

We took our 9 year old new sewer here today. Christine was absolutely amazing with her. She spent so much time explaining many things to her and taught her how to cut fabric. Her personal interest and attention to our daughter was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!!!

If you are a quilter, they have it all. There's also a decent array of fabrics for clothing and costumes. You'll have to do some digging in the remnants to find the gems, so make sure you have the time to spend searching!
