Visiting Waterloo park was best experience. We went there after 7pm so we were lucky to catch this lightings and sparkling things. It has free entry. The fountain ⛲ was the main attraction there. We were not able to cover everything in the park but we went to famous lightning and musical seesaws.
Everyone was enjoying with family there. Place is very calm and fresh. It was very mesmerizing how the lake side area was looking at night.

Beautiful park. Nice for long walk. There is small canal which runs across the park. Huge ground area to run around and enjoy natures beauty. Loved it!

Fun and huge park with lake , pretty and calm to visit , enjoy sunrise or sunset , have good sitting area and play zone for kids also have mini beach to experience . Good for pets too , have beautiful light works

Lovely spot right between UW and WLU! Lovely for an evening stroll, weekend picnic, or just for a quick rest with a nice view

This is a must visit park in waterloo with so many beautiful scenes. I want to say that visit at evening its best time to visit there because it looks so beautiful at that time with so many diffirent birds. And it also has one good lake to see, also have small zoo and one cricket ground

They’ve been killing it with the revamp of this place. Just need to keep on top of maintenance and ensure that the animal enclosures stay well kept and treated nicely. A couple more small food vendors would be a nice touch as well maybe ?

We came to see the Christmas lights, and we were not disappointed! Lovely displays!!

My kids really enjoy is park. 3 different playgrounds plus swings for the kids, animals to see, public bathrooms. And they have fun large sea Saws to play on.

Hidden gem in Waterloo! It offers a serene escape with beautiful gardens, walking paths, and lake. Perfect for picnics, sports, and family outings. A must-visit for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility.

I regularly visit this park and rejuvenates me ❣. Highly recommended!

This is a 5-star park.
Perfect very big with lots of trails for walking and biking.
Lots of shaded seating areas among the trees and little zoo with domestic animals.
It has couple small playing grounds for kids as well.

This place lights up in an amazing way during Christmas time. Nice place to hangout with friends/kids/family. Spacious area to play around during other seasons. Good to just take a walk or with your pet too just to feel the nature.

The playgrounds are great. There is a natural playground over the bridge on the Father Bauer drive side and also a splashpad!

Great family park lots of work done around water by adding sand and palapas. Keep walking and you will find kids park, Lamas, donkeys, miniature horses, cricket field, soccer field, splash pad, outdoor bandshell, loads of picnic tables and bathrooms, fresh water to fill up your drink bottle. Lots more and always a nice stroll on trails.

Awesome park! Playground, baseball field, waterpark, animals, ducks etc. We had so much fun! Kids loved it !
