Yesterday was my first appointment with Garibaldi Crossing Dental and I’m definitely glad that I switched dentists. From the moment I walked through the door Dr Lim and her team were very welcoming. Their knowledge and expertise is top level. My next appointment is already booked !

I’m terrified of the dentist but this dentist is actually gentle and cares about you and asks lots of questions to make you as comfortable as possible. I didn’t need adivan for the first time in years. Thanks again for the great visit today!

Great dentist office.
I switched from my childhood office to this one because we moved, and they are great services all around. They make you feel comfortable and Dr Lim is practical, precise and very friendly. Faith the Hygienist is so gentle on the teeth, checks in with you throughout the cleaning, and is so warm and kind. Even if I haven't been there for months, they remember small details about me, like my kid's names, which definitely makes a difference.

My kids had their first dental experience and it was phenomenal. The hygienists and Dr. Lim care deeply that their patients stay calm throughout. They are amazing!!

Dr. Lim is great with my son! I took him to see her at just 9 months old and it was a really great experience. She is patient and gentle and very sweet with little ones! She made me feel very comfortable as a new parent and answered all my questions honestly and confidently. I will definitely be returning to see her for his dental visits here on out!

We moved into the area and needed a new dentist. I am so happy that we chose Garibaldi crossing dental. We were treated with care, compassion and expertise. My son has some additional challenges and they were so patient with him, he said he would happily to go back again!

I have high anxiety when I visit most dentists but when I found Dr Lim from Garibaldi Dental clinic my anxiety ended. Dr Lim and her staff are very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable people. I highly recommend Dr Lim and her dental staff.

I have had a lot of work done over the years and Garibaldi Crossing is the best. Hands down the most quality service and they don't try to upsell or charge me for things I don't need. Great with my kids too! They saw my 10 month old at a moments notice when he chipped a tooth and it was a very positive experience. Would recommend to everyone.

The staff from this office are so friendly and kind! I always have pleasant conversations with everyone there, and they always make sure I get the best experience. Plus, it’s a newer building so the facilities are clean, parking is easy, and it’s very covid safe. Dr. Lim is awesome and I’d recommend this dental office to anyone.

Amazing.
Let's start with the fact I am scared of dentists. Apparently it's called "dental anxiety. SO any dental visit is a nightmare for me.
So when I realized my wisdom tooth was a goner and needed to be probably pulled I freaked out.'
I contacted them as they were local to me and the sign on the door said: Sarah Lim - owner and main dentist.

This was a breath of fresh air as opposed to my last couple dentist establishments with the owners who were never there and a revolving door of dentists. I never saw the same person twice. No continuity no long term responsibility.
I contribute this to the poor service I felt I had been receiving combined with seemingly little compassion for my semi phobia - I would cold sweat every time I jut thought of making an appointment.

SO .... When I walked in and was greeted by friendly and personable staff and proceeded to go over my case with Dr Lim who was very reassuring and professional - and importantly - the owner of the clinic I immediately felt I was in the right hands.

They assessed my satiation booked me for the procedure in the next working day and dealt with my anxiety,

The procedure when smoothly, according to the plan and was a lot quicker than I was even expecting. No pain, no cold sweat.
The easiest dental visit I ever had.
I am very impressed! I'm a believer.

I already booked another visits for a full check up and cleaning.
This will be my new office and I'm hoping they will take the rest of my family on as well.

Dr. Lim is AMAZING. Our 7 year old son had to have 2 of his teeth removed immediately and our family dentist was out of town. We were recommended to Dr. Lim and not only did she stay after hours to help our son, she made the entire experience easy, painless and comfortable for him. Her bedside manner for kids is second to none. Our son was happy when we left and has no fear of going back to the dentist. Our family will be seeing Dr. Lim very soon for all our future dental needs. The office is beautiful and the staff are caring and genuine.

If James Bond were a dentist, this would be his office. The nicest dental offices that I have ever seen and the team is just as lovely. Dr. Lim is so friendly, professional and kind and she immediately put me at ease. Would highly recommend Garabaldi Crossing to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
