Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We ordered a scorpion burger and a basic red robin burger. They were sooo goood and we also got refills which made it supergood and worth the money. The food was delicious and the oreo milkshake was good too! Must try if you like burgers!

You can’t go wrong at Red Robin! There’s something for everyone on the menu and bottomless fries and fountain drinks, yes please!

We came to dinner (on a school night!) and had the most amazing server - JULIE you are are a gift and so wonderful to us from start to finish! She took the time to chat and share the features, dessert options and genuinely loves what she does! Give this woman a raise! Thank you for a great night and ask for Julie!

Love coming to this location. The staff is super friendly and on top of service at our table. Never have to wait to get the attention of a staff member, plus the atmosphere is enjoyable where your not competing over the music to have a normal conversation.
Highly recommend visiting if your in the area

Update: Highly recommended the Montreal Brisket Burger.. Only here for a limited time. It's one of the best burgers I've tasted. Service was a lot faster this time!

Old post: Burger tasted good, but service was slow. Our server was really nice and did her best. It was surprisingly a very busy Wednesday night. They closed off a section we wanted to sit in. It's definitely a family vibe here

It was a very busy night about an hour before close, we were seated quickly (family of 5) drinks orders taken and brought right away, food order taken and brought out fairly quick considering how busy they were and all mods made perfectly. Bathrooms were very clean and resturant was very clean especially for end of night after a busy service. Our server was awesome, unfortunately didn't get her name but she was very kind, helpful and astute. We don't live close to this location but will still be back! Highly recommend and a very nice decor.

Had amazing service. Our server’s name was Julie and she was the best! My husband had some issues with his food but the manager came over and fixed it all. The other food we got was delicious!

We had the loveliest server one could ever ask for! Food was nicely done and didn't take long to come out either.

Absolutely amazing service and excellent food. The grilled chicken burger is a 10/10. Only down side is the restaurant isn't insulated well so it gets so loud in there. I couldn't even hear my bf who was right beside me at times. No big deal.

We visited Red Robin on Monday Feb 20, made a reservation for 20 pp but ended up being 40 of us (Hockey team) their service was unreal. They were able to accommodate all of us, they were very penitence, nice and kind.

Great customer service from all the staff.

We had a very tight schedule so we asked to get the kids food ready first as we were in a bit of rush to make it to the game.

They went above and beyond, the transaction went nice and smooth plus it was very clean.

Will definitely recommend Red Robin.

I came here for the first time since their renovations and they look great. The seating is comfortable everything is very clean. Our waitress Kirsten was amazing, she was so nice and helpful. The food was great and the Steakhouse Burger was the best I’ve ever had from Red Robins.

It was a great experience overall!

Had a wonderful dinner tonight at this Maple Ridge Red Robin. I was with my granddaughter and the waitress was fabulous! I did not get her name however she said she was from Mexico, she was very happy and kind with us, she made our dining experience very enjoyable. She helped me decide what to order and we enjoyed the food very much . It's so nice to have a friendly happy server, they are rare nowadays . So I gave her a 25% tip, she deserved more ( if I could afford to I would have).
Kudos to the Red Robin management for hiring such a great server, we will definitely come back more often now! So happy with Food and Service ,we left happy 👍.

Food was really impressive. Entrees seem a bit pricey at first, but once you realize most sides are free with them, It's a great price! I bought an extra side of mac and cheese to take home for 3.99 because of how good it was. Not a small portion either!

Our server Breahn was amazing. Checked in on us even during dinner rush, and went above and beyond to make our experience great.

Would highly recommend coming here, and we will be back!

Julie is a rockstar! Holy hell in a handbag. That was the best service possible. She made date night really special. We felt like family. Whoever runs this place should take notes from Julie. What an incredible server. %100 worth coming in for that kind of experience

The service was good, we had everything we wanted and our refills were always on time. the burger was incredible, I think it was the Montreal smoked brisket burger? it was quite loud but it's a Saturday afternoon so that's reasonable.

Received great service from our server Emily she took great care of us when we came to celebrate my niece's birthday. The overall atmosphere was great and the service was amazing. I would definitely come back to this location for the amazing service!

First time going in years, we had a great experience! We ordered one Oreo cookie shake to split, our waitress offered to pour it into 2 glasses, they also topped both with whipped cream and Oreo crumbles! We never order the tower of onion rings because of how big they are but, they now have a smaller one that comes with 6 rings called The O-Ring Shorty, genius!
I ordered the southern charm burger, soo delicious! And my boyfriend ordered the Smoke & Pepper, he foolishly made his monster style by adding an additional patty, which he could not finish 🤣 The place was extremely busy, while following social distancing measures. Our waitress was very nice an attentive, we will definitely be back!

I have not been to Red Robin in 10 years or more and I was pleasantly surprised as to how delicious the burger was. I had the Montreal Smoked Meat Burger. If you like burgers definitely them out. Our Server was great and very accommodating too. The person I was with for lunch also had a burger and said it was delicious. Plus you get bottomless french fries how good is that. Lol
