James and the rest of the staff were amazing and went the extra mile to help my daughter and I with a problem we had with her toy purse. All of the staff were so cheerful, and the cashier even gave my daughter a sucker! Lovely service. I will be coming back.

I have lived in Devon for a little over 2 years, now. And, I'm your typical do-it-yourselfer. So, hardware stores are stores that i tend to frequent. Devon Home Hardware is no exception. Every sales person in this store is great. They are always there to help you find what you're looking for. I have even had one salesman point me in the direction (another store) who could help, when they couldn't. That same man went into his personal tool box to retrieve an item that i needed for a project i was pressed for time to complete.
Another occasion came up where i needed an item that, if i waited a couple days, said item would be on special.
They may not have everything i need all the time. But, the people there make a seemingly wasted trip worthwhile. ☺🥰

The owner is a rock star. Every time I walk in, he helps me find what I need and gets me on my way quickly, very knowledgeable as well.

They were the only hardware store that still had gaint destroyers left. They also checked before the store was open to make sure they still had it in stock.

Love Home Hardware stores. They always have just enough stuff to get the job done. They don't have or carry everything, nor should they have to. If they don't have it, you can order it and pick it up at a later date. The seasonal section is always stocked well. Customer service is exceptional in all departments, and staff is super friendly and always willing to help out. Great place.

Really friendly and helpful group of staff working at this location. I'm glad I stopped in before automatically heading to the big box stores. Items that I needed were not over priced and very comparable to the big box stores. I highly recommend checking it out.

I love this little hometown store. EVERY TIME I am in Devon it is on my to-do list. I enjoy the scavenger hunt browsing through their entire store to find something special. They always have such a great and unique selection of giftware including ALL the awesome stuff I own! Friendly helpful staff.

Very good set up and very well stocked. Friendly staff. So many people working for such a small town. I find that in a lot of small towns though. So many employees working at these stores. The staff usually over man's the customers.

Well i think i had one of the best hardware store experiences today. I was looking for a plumbing fitting and i dont usually take the help when asked by an employee. Today i took the help and the employee knew exactly what i was looking for and where it was. I was totally impressed because it wasnt a typical fitting. The other few things i needed he also brought me to the item locations right away. So to the fella working in the hardware section at noon today, hats off to you and thanks for the help. I would give 6 stars if i could! I feel like i was in a time warp from 30 years ago when employees knew the store and truly cared about customers.

Wonderful friendly staff... and it lives up to the home hardware name ... there’s a little bit of everything in this store, and the prices are comparable to other hardware stores. I like to shop here . Small town atmosphere gets me everytime
