Walmart Supercentre

I rarely give 5 stars and I certainly didn’t expect to ever give Walmart 5 stars. The gentleman working the doors and the lady at the self serve were incredible. The woman didn’t rush me as the plant selection were on the other side of the check outs and she was super nice while I geeked out hard. The front door greeter Jack grabbed me a bag so my new plants wouldn’t go into shock during the snowfall… I was super worried and he saw me trying to put my coat over my new giant tropical plant. He even said I could leave my stuff and pull my car around to the front. This level of service is so rare and so incredibly appreciated. Especially for something so trivial to most people, the staff tonight really came through. Thank you!

Jagsir went above and beyond. It was a crazy wet day out and he put all the groceries away for me into my car and insisted I stay in the car as I had a pick up order. Great job!!!

Over all the Store is well run and staff are kind and helpful - I love the selection at this location - they have a lot of products other smaller stores do not - I was blown away at the sale racks of quality and some name brands ( like Carters) 100% cotton baby and preemie clothes
My only complaint is the long waits for any Parcel carry out help - help with my bags on days I need the help

Today i went to this Walmart for the first time, and the cosmetics worker navya helped me so much. She recommended some products to me which I absolutely love! The other Walmarts I go to the associates usually just stare at you and don’t even ask if you need help. I’m very happy with this experience.

Harshdeep was my cashier and I was very impressed with her customer service skills. I am handicapped and she bagged all my purchases pleasantly and I felt like she actually cared that my experience was a good one. Thank you Harshdeep :)

Very good management, the staff ate always polite too. One of the best Wal-Mart Stores in Edmonton.

Got free hand sanitizer from it. Beautiful place. Neat and clean. The line for cashing out are fast. The cashier are very nice. Definitely come back for more free stuff. Haha JK

The Most clean and organized Walmart i ever see.The Credit goes to Management and Specifically all emloyees who made this possible.
I have travelling all over Wal Marts but this far best then any one.
Even Macdonald area lady keep cleaning and Sanitizing the area every 20 minutes.Thanks a lot to all of you.

This is literally the friendliest Walmart I've ever been too. Usually at other Walmarts you get greeted at the door and then there's no staff to be found anywhere. At this Walmart i was greeted at every department. Well done

As far as walmarts go, this location was very clean and had a great variety. I am mostly leaving this review to comment on the LEGO section. Aside from going to a hobby store, I would say this is the best place to get yourself some more adult themed lego sets. I also came here for clothes and was happy to see it was well organized and they had a good selection of clothes. If I am coming to see a movie I will likely make a point to stop and shop here.

It's good there. Not to crowded. They have lots of options for you to buy from. Customer service is great! Loved their help. Bathrooms available for public. Hand sanitizer if you need any when you walk in and disinfecting wipes for your carts or baskets.

Harpreet Kaur Pandher , Vision Centre Manager is absolutely amazing. She did excellent job for providing my whole family with their eyeglasses and contact lenses needs. Her professional and friendly behaviour is what that brings all of us to walmart vision centre. I know for sure , I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my eyeglasses and contact lenses. Thanks Harpreet for your marvellous customer service!

I recently ordered a pickup and staff were extremely helpful even though fitting the ordered item into my car turned out to be tricky. They were friendly, patient and very conscientious throughout the whole thing, declining my help, which was kind of them since I'm quite far along in my pregnancy. The last time I checked, Walmart employees really don't get paid enough to go above and beyond like that. The five stars are for those employees rather than for Walmart itself.

Admittedly the ordering process itself went smoothly too though and, as someone who has to watch her spending, I really can't complain about the price I got that crib for.

I’m giving this place a 5 star only because there was one special young lady named Ana who helped me so much when I was at cash. Helpful with make sure all the prices were correct I asked her to say it loud the prices too and super polite she was. Very friendly! I’m so glad she was there to help me her service was outstanding! I will definitely be shopping here again!

I normally don’t post reviews or enjoy my Walmart experiences, but I just wanted to say that amidst such a difficult time in the middle of a pandemic your employee Naomi is so delightful, cheerful, kind, and just sweet. She just had an overall happy polite demeanour and I really don’t expect that out of anyone in these difficult times, but your store should treasure such a kind employee.

Fast and friendly service through out the store. Clean and organized. No line up waits, shelves are fully stocked at all times. Great pricing on clearance clothing and other hard to find products. Highly recommended number one Walmart store in Edmonton.

Being Canada Day and earlier in the morning it was pleasantly quite. Everything was clean. They had 97% of goods I was shopping for. No good quality Eggplants! Cashiers we're plentiful and there were no queues. Prices were good as is usually the case.

Not sure what's in the employees coffee today but wow. We were helped without asking three different times and everyone was super friendly. Store was clean and put together. Gone to this Walmart for over a year but that's was really impressive.

This Walmart is always clean. My 5 stars are for the grocery online order and pick up. Highly efficient. Fruit was my main worry and I can tell they really go out of their way to find the best lot to put in your cart. Pick up is always easy and efficient.
