Incredibly impressed with this clinic. The team is so friendly, knowledgeable and truly wants the best for your fur babies. The operation side of things is seamless, with minimal wait-room time. Payment and future appointment bookings are done within the assessment rooms, so you’re not wrestling with your pet at the front desk if other customers come in. So glad they were recommended to me by a friend. Happy to be a patient there!

After my dog having intestinal issues for over a week and me trying to do what I could to help him with no luck, I knew it was time for him to be seen by the vet. Unfortunately our regular vet did not have room to see him so I called Mercier. Not only did they give me an appointment for the very next morning but they called me back saying they could see him that night as they had a cancellation. He was seen by an amazing technician named Lindsay and a really wonderful vet, Dr. Briar Spinney. I am happy to say my big boy is now on the road to recovery. I can’t thank you all enough for seeing us so quickly and for your kindness. You are truly angels on earth 💕 🐶 🐾

Unfortunately, I had to plan a visit to put my beloved cat down of 15 years.
Staff was very sincere and supportive and understanding.

my nephew goes to this vet (yes my nephew is a dog and hes adorable) hes had a couple surgeries and they know how to take care of him, great place for pets

They are amazing. They always make my dog Bentley feel at ease. He once at a reaction to a vaccine and they called me to check on him for two days❤So please with their service for my kitty and pup will be bringing my new fur baby there soon:)

Living in Chateauguay, Quebec I was not happy with the service i received at my home town vet. The Veterinary Hospital in Mercier made space for my dog and helped me make some very tough decisions when his health took a turn for the worst.

They made us very comfortable and were very understanding and empathetic as we said our final goodbyes. The Vet was informative and talked through my care options every time I need to make a decision .

Highly recommend their services and their staff.

Bought some dry and wet food for my cats. They had stock of what i needed. Didn't use any vet services so i can't comment on that part.

I absolutely love this place! The staff here are wonderful, friendly and so very helpful! The service is exceptional. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my kitten has everything he needs. This is the only place I would take my pet no matter how far I live.

Had the best experience with my pups! The staff is super friendly and bilingual, which makes the visit great. The vets are amazing and super knowledgeable, and patient when answering all my questions.

They are definitely getting a 5 star review from me .My cat had not been feeling well since a week when we took her to her regular vet in Chateauguay.They would not even look at her there until 3 weeks from now but it was now she needed help.She had been throwing up for days,not able to go to the bathroom and not able to eat.Thankfully Mercier Veternary Hospital was awesomely sympathetic when I called and called me back less than 20 minutes later with a cancellation and we were at the vets just a little over an hour after my original call.The vet,Dr.Spinney,was so gentle with our Luna and took excellent care of her.The whole staff was very kind and sympathetic and it is greatly appreciated.They now have a new patient with my beautiful kitty.I would recommend this veternary hospoital to anyone and will when anyone asks for it.

Switched here years ago from Savaria in Chateauguay, and wow! What an amazing change! The staff here is super friendly, helpful, bilingual, and are always there to look out for your animals. Every time I'm worried about my cat, I give them a call and ask for their opinion on what to do - someone is always willing to help me and give me their professional opinion. The staff makes the animal feel safe and tries their best to make your pet feel at ease. 10/10 would recommend!

Phenomenal service and care! They were able to get us in the same day, and helped us with our pet's diet, ear care, and vaccinations in addition to the issue we came for!

I drive there from the West Island because of the service and care they give my pets. Excellent team with a family feel. Dr. Gallagher is the type of vet every animal should be so lucky to have.
