Centre de service Intact

After an unfortunate run-in with a raccoon on a country road, Intact Insurance took good care of our car and us. They were friendly and efficient, and the rental car was more than adequate. Everything was taken care of quickly and fairly.

They served me well today when I delivered my damaged car. They have a nice office and the staff were friendly and courteous. I arrived on time and didn't have to wait long to go through the process. Everything was explained briefly but thoroughly. It was so quick that I wasn't even able to finish my cup of coffee. I'm bad at remembering names, but cheers to the man with the glasses at the reception and the big man with the cool long hair who inspected the damages in the garage. Cheers to the whole team as well.

This is my second time that I've had to bring in my car for repairs due to damage caused by other drivers. EXCELLENT service. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and polite employees. Highly recommend them!!

I drove by the place the first time and they guided me back. Everyone was very patient and really outgoing. While waiting you can help yourself to a beverage and a snack, but you never have to wait long enough to actually drink or eat. :D They did a super job on the car and even straightened out my dented licence plate. The rental car was a dream and didn't cost me a dime, except to fill it back up before bringing it back when my car was ready. Hopefully there will be no more accidents, but should it happen, I will definitely go back there.

It's never a good thing to be in an accident, but if you are lucky enough to have Intact Insurance, they make it less painful.
Was in a hit and run, I called Intact, set up an appointment for me to bring my car in the next day.
Intact Service Center is like one stop shopping. I brought my car in, they explained everything, they gave me a rental and said they would call me when mine was ready. Dropped off the rental, inspected my car (which was beautifully done) went home.
This was the easiest way to deal with a nasty problem.
The people were amazing! everyone smiling, everyone courteous and answered all my questions.
If Intact offer's this service center or another local dealer. Hands down I would choose this place in an instant

Having an accident is no fun, but dealing with "Centre de Service Intact" makes all the difference. Your insurance agent makes an appointment and when you show-up someone is waiting for you, a few papers to fill out, and you leave with a courtesy car: they take care of the rest. They call you when your car is ready, and you go home.
