Best sub you have ever eaten! And the moment you step in, you are greeted with a friendly hello! And they treat you like family. Amazing service and amazing food! The ingredients are fresh, the steak in the steak sub is tender and fresh and good quality meat.

Great food and a unique Montreal atmosphere, sad that it'll close this month but I'm glad I got to try this Montreal institution

I haven't been there for 15 or more years and boy was I wrong to do that! The sub was super fresh and made perfect. My friends were impressed too! The staff made me feel like I've known them for years... if you want a great sub and feel like you're eating in your own kitchen then this is the place to go.

Amazing Lunch , I travel to Montreal a couple times a month and I make this one of my places to eat ... Always great service and food is over the top ! YUM ... See you soon keep up the great work .

The best home made sausage subs in Monteal! So good, I had not been for a few years and was not disapppointed. I ordered the sausage sub 14", spicy and it was delicious!

As others have stated, this is a Montreal Classic. Great Subs with great service and the prices are fairly reasonable. Anytime you are in the area you must stop here to get a bite to eat.

This place looks like nothing from the outside. Inside it is pure nostalgia from another era’s sport center dinning room. BUT, don’t let the first impression get the best of you. I had a cheeseburger and it was the best I had in a loooooong time, AND they have Brio which is amazing (they also do real coffees). It’s your best Montreal dinner meeting with Italian delicacy. MOSTLY, the service was efficient, kind and thoughtful. I have been working in fine dining restaurant for many years now and the waiter had an outstanding service for every step of the experience. She managed to make the act of having a cheeseburger in a basement restaurant feel like being both at Home and at your most refined table. The place is clean, ambiance is cozy and warm. I highly recommend.

Spicy sausage sub is a must try and has to be spicy! Same great taste from a few years ago when I was living in the neighborhood! The only thing is that I find they don't toast the bread enough as you miss out on the crunch from it!

Food is excellent. We were 4 people and each had a different submarine. Fries were very good. Beer on tap was cold as well as a reasonable selection for a small restaurant.

Incredible subs and poutine!

After 2 long weeks at The Glen, first stop was Momesso. Picked up 2 sausage pubs and enjoyed our lunch in the park a block away. Great sunny day with a great lunch. Thanks.

Their subs are great. I haven't had such a good one in a long time. I had the steak and pepperoni one. It was filled with steak that was really tasty and tender. The dressing did not make the bread soggy at all and it had a slight kick. The fries were well done yet not greasy or burnt. Bravo.

For me Momesso's almost a Montreal Institution for those of us who are in the know. They have fantastic Italian styled subs you have to take the time to fully experience. They're perfect and always bring happiness. They're well prepped, stuffed with the goofs, every time.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. The pricing is fair and the orders are completed in a reasonable amount of time. They also serve Italian coffee, so you can have a nice cappuccino or latte with your sandwich and they're really well done!

100% recommend this place.

Just AWESOME!! Hadn't been for 2 years, went today, did a take out, sausage sub extra spicy and MAN WAS IT GOOD!!! Chapeau to them, happy they survived the pandemic...I'll be back as Arnie says!!

Took me too long to finally come and try a sangwhich here at Momesso’s. I definitely wasn’t disappointed. Had the Supreme and it was amazing. Service was quick and great. If you haven’t been yet you should go.

Easily the best subs in Montreal

Amazing sandwiches. Great customer service too. Called in the morning for a big order for 20 people. The lady on the phone had no problem taking the order and made no mistakes. Showed up on time at 12PM to pick it up and it was all ready. We even got a mason jar of the hot sauce which is delicious. Will be going back for sure.

One of my work colleagues brought me here for the first time. It looked like any other cafeteria. It was not until I tried their special dish, the Italian sausage submarine sandwich that I could understand why montrealers prefer this restaurant with more than 35 years of friendly service. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff. You better order your sub with fries and soda.

I feel as I should add an explanation to why I give this place 5 stars. Eating from here for near 30 years, the subs are unbeatable, poutine sauce is one of a kind, and best of all the owner is a great guy, always friendly.

Chicken and sausage subs are delicious. Their mix of crispy bread with hot sauce and coleslaw is just great.
The place doesn't look like much but food is good and always served with a smile.
