I really don’t get the negative reviews. My experience with them has been extraordinary. Excellent customer service and excellent prices. Way better than Canadian Tire and home depot.

We visted Rona the other day, We went to buy a Gazeboo (10 x 10) for our backyard to be able to work outside without getting eaten by mosquitoes! They had one on sale from 299 to 224...We couldnt afford NOT to buy it..

Good experience. Couldn't find a couple of items but the staff were all vwry happy and willing to help me find them. I like the addition of self check out. Really speeds things up.

I came in to find a patio conversation set that was out of stock in all of Quebec. The HR manager who happened to be working on the floor bc they were short staffed - helped me make contact with the only store in Quebec that had the set I was looking for. I went to pick it up and got a nice discount bc it was an opened box. I am so happy and pleased with Rona and this very positive situation. Thanks again!

Lots of stock. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. We got everything we were looking for. Check out their Christmas section. I wanted to buy all of it!

I received the best possible service from a new employee, Sharrys. It was her first day on the job, Sunday March 28. I wanted to purchase large planters that I saw online. There were only 2 of them on the shelves, I wanted 5. She contacted on of her coworkers Alexandre and they were able to quickly locate more stock , on a very high shelf , not easy for them to get to it but they did! Congratulations Ron! to

I went to get 2 kitchen cabinet doors for 2 different sizes and the lady there was so nice she went and got them from the backstore because they weren't on the shelf and it was showing 8 available in the inventory! Very good experience

Great experience. Helpful staff who go out of their way, well staffed, well stocked. Found everything I was looking for and more, on sale! So much better than the Canadian Tire across the street. Polar opposite. I will always choose them over Cdn Tire from now on.

January 10 2019 I'm trying to find seeding soil. The time to start planting some varieties indoors has begun. So few places are keeping such products in stock in Winter even though it is a proper period to have it. This store has plenty of soils, fertilizers and all that you may need to prepare your gardening indoors.
Don't hesitate to ask employees on the floor if you don't find what you need. Today, Feb 5th 2020, I wanted a specific size peat moss containers. The person from the gardening department went to the storage area to get them for me. Always a pleasure to shop there!

I had a great exchange with knowledgeable staff who got me what I wanted within a minute. She was awesome!
