Longo's Southeast Oakville

A very nice, clean grocery store. The fruits and vegetables were very fresh and stocked. Not overly busy which was nice. All of the aisles and food sections were very neat and tidy. Whomever manages/owns this location runs a very tight ship.

As it was my first time in a Longo’s I was quite impressed. It would be nice to have a store in my part of the Hamilton Mountain to give a little bit of competition to the local Fortino’s as their prices run a little high.

Overall a very nice grocery store. The Starbucks adds a little Oakville flair much needed in Hamilton.

Nice place. Lots variety of everything, its very well stocked. I'd go back here except for the fact that they are so expensive.l compared to fresh co or no frills for the daily essentials.

James in the deli was very friendly and was a great help in making me some fresh sandwiches , Highly recommend this store! 👍

Longo's always has such great produce, and the deli area is awesome. I like the different choices you will find here.

This is a great place to buy the award winning Acropolis Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Very fair price as well!

I agree with the excellent reviews about this store. It is one of my favorites. I must say that during pandemic this is the store where I felt safe and that was the reason where I have been shopping: they made larger space between shelves, made all the signs, someone provided masks at the entrance. The cashiers were always cleaning the place at the register (thank you). The service there is great: people know about the staff and if needed to find anything, ALL the employees are very helpful (it is my experience of over the year). I like also that vegetables/fruit are always fresh there, same about fish/meat. You should try the soups there and deli. Actually all is good here, and the store looks (and it is) very cozy, clean and attractive.

Longo's is my go-to grocery store and has been for many years. Love the staff there.
This morning - in the pouring rain - I pulled into the parking lot. For the second time in a year, I noticed a relatively young man back his Bentley into a handicapped parking spot - without a Handicap Sign on the dashboard. I sort of loitered a bit in order to say something to the jerk, but he just sat in his black Bentley pretending to be on a call.
I sure hope this ahole is not part of the management team at this otherwise great grocery store.

This is a great grocery store. I visit frequently and always find what I need. There are often pretty good sales. Their in-house brand is great value, too! I especially love their burgers and appetizers. Staff are friendly and personable. Lines move quickly and the store is easy to navigate.

I have placed an order on Saturday for a bday cake for my daughters sweet 16, the baker/ Decorator was amazing , she helped me a lot and did the best cake ever which I didn’t expect with this short notice. Can’t thank her enough❤ super service

We took our time finding the right grocery store for us when we moved from Barrie in 2012. Finally settled on Longo's on Cornwall and I can say that they have the best produce around and overall selection of products work well for our family as we are gluten-free and vegan. I also want to compliment the employees - they are some of the best and polite – that I have encountered anywhere. We have also recently started to use Grocery Gateway and it's been a pretty enjoyable experience for the most part – all but their website as it needs a major overhaul. I would highly recommend this Longo's.

I have to admit I don't always shop at Longo's only because it's not as convenient for me location-wise compare to other grocery stores to where I live. I've been hearing very good things on some FaceBook groups about Longo's and how they are dealing with the Covid 19 so I thought I would give them a try out for my self. I have to say I was very impressed with there cleanness and very high standard of hygiene. They wipe down every shopping cart and conveyor belt after each person they also have lines and arrows in the isles keeping people moving in the same direction. I also found the staff to be extremely friendly and very helpful when I was asking some questions about where to find some things. Really gave me some happiness especially in times like this to see the staff are so kind.

My wife and I own the Bone and Biscuit in the plaza and we couldn’t be more proud to be anchored to such an amazing store and staff. Through this entire restricted time, they have been ahead of the curve on stocking and procedures. Something a lot of other store can learn from. Thank you for being a part of our community and thank your staff for their amazing work through this difficult time. We truly do appreciate them.

I was picking up a few items before closing and Noticed was charging correctly for one item, The cashier Isabell call for a price check. The front and manager David came back not only corrected the price apologized and gave me one free item.
Great customer service David should be in management.

This is a great big store, it seems to have everything and more. We love the huge produce department!

Stop here from time to time to grab my son a slice of pizza. He always loves it! They are always ready to serve and never a line up.

Its a nice store. Its very big, lits of room to keep distance with COVID and all. Its also open early, very few people are there early in the morning. A bonus is that there is a starbucks inside.
