Value Village

Surprisingly better priced than other value village stores - still expensive but not ridiculous. Found some nice stuff - find my YouTube channel for thrifting videos Fatima's Vintage Finds (I'm in the red top in the picture)

Been donating and shopping here for years. The store is clean and offer a wide variety of good quality items. Yesterday when I dropped off items for donation, I accidentally left my prescription sunglasses in the boxes of items I was donating and didn't notice it was missing till the afternoon. I went back and spoke with Fatema, she and her team were able to find it for me. So grateful!

Value Village is always a thrifting adventure. Whether you are searching for a particular item to complete your ensemble for a costume party or just on a treasure hunt. My advice is to allow time to search. Each location does have its own personality, which is reflected in the merchandise. It is a great place to donate your gently used clothes and household items. Donating will get you a coupon. Tuesday is seniors' day when seniors will get 10% off!

This Value Village has ample parking and the store seems to be a little bigger than the average one. Prices are excellent and it's good to see that things are being recycled. The staff there are courteous and very helpful. They are definitely following covid guidelines and the store is very clean. I recommend this place.

Great place to donate your used stuff, donation centre staff was very helpful with unloading, very nice, professional, high patience , giving information about their services and coupons- I have a special mention for an employee, her name is FATIMA works at this 2095 Hampshire Oakville - I am giving ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for her excellent customer experience

Thought I'd check a value village in another city,and it was average. No fitting rooms though.

Prices are high for a thrift store and getting it for free.

I'll stick to salvation army or community thrifts

Very nice worker help all the time. The only thing that I will change it the bicycle rack not enough space for the bicycle. PLEASE put some more. Last year worker used and everybody also has to park in other place .I am waiting for 14 months ..

Wowwww, Employees are very punctual and have shown excellent work behaviors in every aspect of the job. Especially “RAHUL”..he was really helpful. I’ll visit again for sure.

Pretty decent and very polite and helpful staff. My coupon couldn't scan for whatever reasons I don't know but the staff applied for it manually

My experience with Value Village has been excellent. The collection at the store is amazing. The store supervisor has been very professional and helpful in resolving an exchange related issue. I am really impressed by the customer service and helpful staff, especially Ruhina.
The prices have gone drastically as compared to a feŵ years ago. Nonetheless, it was a great experience overall.

Dropped off some no longer needed household stuff and then used the 20% off voucher I was given to buy a gently used CAMPING PAN and a NEVER WORN pair of Motorcycle Boots.!
