We had both our AC units fail this past week; so called AtlasCare to come and assess the issue. Jason arrived on time and was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He spent an hour diagnosing the units and then gave us our options and the cost for each. Due to the age of our units we decided to go with new ones. Jason costed them out and checked availability. He then schedule us in for the install asap. The installation crew arrived promptly and had the 2 new units up and running in about 3 hours. The staff were all very polite and professional. The only name I remember is Dhillon; but they were all phenomenal. We will definitely use AtlasCare again in the fall for our furnace inspection. We recommend this company without hesitation. Thanks for the prompt service on the hottest of days!!!

The service is impeccable! From a same day service call by Neil which included a thorough explanation of the issue we were having and our options, to the next day installation of a full AC and Furnace by Dakota and Dillon, service was top notch. Guys on site were experienced and took their time to make sure things were done right. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free transaction backed by an excellent warranty program!

We have been with Atlascare for a year and a half and have only had terrific service from them. More specifically, we had our annual HVAC inspection and it was recommended to look into a heatpump system as our furnace and AC were starting to age. At the same time as this, our tankless water heater started failing.

Matt Carscadden and team were absolutely amazing. We met with Matt to discuss all of our heatpump and furnace options as well as replacing the tankless water heater. Little did we know, as this was happening, we also ran into other plumbing issues! Matt was our single point of contact for Atlascare and really helped make the whole process seamless and every technician we saw was superb. Amir and Jaylen fixed our plumbing issues quickly but also took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything for us.

The heatpump, furnace, and tankless water heater were to be installed over two days. Brandon Falzon, Ajit, and Austin were able to do the installation all in one day. They also took our opinions under consideration on where to place the new heatpump, moving it from the backyard to the side of our house which gave us a lot more room. They were all incredible, with great customer service, and again took the time to answer all of our questions, and explain the new systems. Brandon even hooked up our HRV system to our furnace which we never had working correctly before. Ajit and Austin even came back the next day to move our HRV system for us.

All 5 technicians were incredibly professional and left our house just as clean as when they arrived. I really felt that each technician treated our home as their own while doing the work. Atlascare continually goes above and beyond for us and we are so much appreciative! Thank you!

Very pleased with my experience with Atlas Care Oakville.
I got several quotes from at least 4 different companies for a new heat pump system. Atlas Care was the most appealing because of their top notch customer satisfaction and quality policies. Plus, our sales rep, Chris P, patiently worked with me to pick out the best system, and stayed in contact to address any questions during our decision making process.
On the day of our install, the crew was very friendly, showed extreme dedication, care and attention to detail. The workmanship was top notch. Huge thank you to the installers Andrew and Adam. I feel confident knowing my new equipment is protected by a satisfaction guarantee and 10 year parts and labour warranty, and that any issues will be addressed ASAP. I would recommend these guys to anyone. As a matter do fact, I recommended them to a family member for another install replacing a 20+ year old AC with a new heat pump. They are also very pleased with their new system.

Our experience with AtlasCare has been excellent.
AC failure during most recent 30+ heat. Same day service call from technician Samuel was greatly appreciated as it was after 9:00 pm.
Extremely happy with every AtlasCare team member that helped us out on short notice.
Our 20 yr old AC unit was beyond repair. We decided to replace the furnace as it too was 20 yrs old.
The following day AtlasCare rep Matt fully explained our options and had us scheduled for a new install.

Amazing service from start to finish. Everything was fixed within 4 hours of my call for A/C not working. Alexander was very professional and explained what the issue was (even showing us the broken part). After everything was fixed he even gave the A/C a spray down to get some of the dirt off and help it run better. Thank you for a amazing job.

I was very pleased with the service technician from Atlas Care. Robert Young is very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the maintenance work he was doing on the air conditioner. Called AtlasCare today to see if they can provide some feedback regarding my plumbing concerns and they were able to accommodate and provide an inspection today. Upon arrival, I received a call from the service rep Kavi Dayal. He informed me of his ETA and arrived promptly.
Based on my interactions with him, he seemed very knowledgable, understanding, genuine and had the customer comes first mentality.
With so many different companies out there, service is key and he did not disappoint.
I cannot give 5 stars for service yet as work is to be performed later on this week but with regards to customer service, definitely excellent! No pressure approach.
I’ll update this review once service has been performed to advise overall service.

Had a service call today with Jonathan Gallant who was punctual as scheduled. The city came as well to turn off the water line for inspection.
What can I say about Atlascare/Right Time? I can say that I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Jonathan also seemed very knowledgable, experienced and most importantly honest.
I’m sure every consumer worries about shady contractors, trademan/plumbers,electricians etc but I do believe that AtlasCare has embedded honest roots in their team members. They could have went out of their way to “gain business” and push for unnecessary work but they didn’t.
There’s a reason why they have so many 5 star reviews on google and have been in business for so many years .. it’s not a coincidence.
Word of mouth is very important for any business and I can say with a clear conscience that I can recommend Jonathan and AtlasCare/Right Time to anyone.

Top notch service, reasonable pricing, amazing communication, professional from the first call to final payment - I can't say enough good things.

After much research on ductless heat pumps Abdel from Atlas answered my call!
Right from the start Abdel was the the most professional & attentive to my needs & questions that I've experienced and I can't say enough about the quality of service, expertise & availability day & night to meet my family's needs! Our AC failed, so I started searching for and calling various HVAC companies inquiring about different types of equipment available and pricing. My initial call to AtlasCare was answered professionally, however it was the follow up callback from Teresa that really sold me on having a sales rep come to our home for a proper formal quote. Rob, our sales rep, came to our home on time as scheduled same day and spent additional time with me to better understand our needs and recommend the best equipment for us. After sending him off with the understanding that I still wanted to do some more research and get more quotes, he patiently waited and checked in to follow up and answer any additional questions. After being in contact with five companies, we decided that AtlasCare was the best choice as they had the equipment we wanted in stock at a fair price, with by far the best warranty, and offered the highest level of professionalism and technical expertise. Rob scheduled the install at a convenient time for us, which was confirmed by both a call and text message. Our installers, Steven D and Patrick X showed up on time on the day of installation. We surveyed the areas they would be accessing and they thoroughly explained everything they would be doing and answered all of my questions. They wore protective boot covers and laid out protective pads to keep the work area clean and damage free. They were obviously extremely well trained technicians, did fantastic work and completed the job ahead of schedule and beyond expectation.
