I haven’t been to a dentist in over five years but I knew I had to go. From the moment I went through the door of Creekside Dental it was professional and reassuring.
Randi was my hygienist and she was so kind and took time to ask me why I felt so nervous. She was gentle in her approach and she never downplayed my fear. She explained step by step what she was doing. Then I met Dr Helen K she was so friendly and she made me feel at ease, setting a plan in place.
Thanks to all at Creekside Dental, what a great dentist in the heart of Kemptville.

I started about 2 years ago to find a good and "HONEST" Dentist and Creekside is the honest and most professonal dentist I have found. You will not go rong have them as your life time dentist.

Without question, Dr. Helen is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been to many many dentists in my adult life. As a barber, and self employed, I do not have benefits. As such, I have been a reactive dental patient, only going when there was a problem.

Helen brought me in for a consultation, organised a plan, and has been the best thing that's happened for me in dental.

I've also been worked on by Dr. Potter, who was equally professional and an excellent dentist.

Emma and Shelley are very impressive assistants as well, making each appointment a smooth and cohesive experience. In fact, on more than one occasion I have fallen asleep while they work.

Many times Helen has provided prescriptions for pain medication after my appointments, and not once did I need to fill them.

I live in Ottawa, but the drive to Kemptville is definitely worth it. I'd recommend Creekside to anyone looking for a new dentist, or a better dental experience.

Dr Helen is an amazing dentist, I am terrified of going to get my teeth fixed, but thanks to her for the first time in 15 yrs I don't mind seeing a dentist. She makes me feel welcome and comfortable, I give her kudos for that,it certainly isn't an easy task and she accomplished it. Thankyou so much Dr Helen. 💓

Incredible facility as well as staff. Always a great experience every time you go. Staff is friendly and polite, always easy to talk to and extremely helpful. Each individual I have received has been friendly and did their job professionally and up to expectations. All around amazing dental centre with welcoming staff who treats you like family.

Being new to the area, we decided to utilize Creekside Dental Centre for our dental needs. The staff and Dr. Helen are great and my first visit was an excellent experience.

I feel the need to point out that my son is EXCITED to go to the dentist for a filling tomorrow to see Jenna K and Doctor Helen! I feel like this means the world and speaks volumes to their kindness.

Dr Helen is great. She tells you what work is needed and then allows you to decide. One of the few dentists that puts the patient first and the profits second or third. My hygienist has to be the gentlest I have ever had

I went from being someone who hated going to the dentist to actually looking forward to my dental appointments! Dr Helen doesn’t just fix teeth, she fixes people. Friendly, professional staff, a warm & welcoming environment & the best care you could ask for, I can’t recommend this place enough!
