The unique location has made ICON unbeatable in the Waterloo region. There is plenty of space for entertainment: basketball court, yoga room, study/meeting room as well as easy access to the bus terminal across the street, cafe downstairs, dining restaurant within 5 min walk.
As an owner, I have no worries or any concern about safety, and even feel their student life are full of comfort and social life. I must thank the team to work without tiredness, and is consistently improving the building to be better. It’s not easy to manage such big community and make it so clean and organized.
Especially, thanks to Eric, the Director of owner relations. He is very efficient and responsive to any issue when I have any question. Also thanks to Candy, Glen and the team working onsite to solve any emerging problem 24/7.

I would recommend Icon to any student looking for off-campus housing! The amenities are spectacular and management is always available for any concerns you might have (special shoutout to Glenn at the south tower front desk, who is always helpful and attentive with any concerns I have!). The units are well maintained and the close proximity to campus is fantastic! 10/10 recommend!!

I don’t usually write online reviews, however I do want to highlight the exceptional & responsive “owner service” by Eric icon head of owner relations. In era where accurate answers, let alone getting them quickly, is becoming exceedingly rare - Eric is fast and robust and I appreciate that he understands both sides of my owner world - condo and unit. He’s a silent hero for us icon owners - and it should be said, he is always quick to share the credit with the bldg team. More owners should be putting up the stars! Thanks Eric as well as the group at the building, I think it’s Ketan and Candy. 👍🙏

Customer Service at the front desk is very helpful. I got locked out of my apartment and Reese was very kind and eager to help. She went above and beyond to make a stressful situation more pleasant for me and I'm very grateful to her for that :))

It's nice living here and people at the front are also super helpful. I had some unexpected things happen and was a little lost and confused today, and a girl at the front desk named reese was so helpful:) She is really kind and approachable which I really appreciate as someone who is often nervous to talk to others. Having people like that to answer questions and guide you (especially in a new environment) is very comforting! Would recommend this place !

No complaints regarding management whatsoever as a landlord. Reese has been our go to contact at the desk and she has never failed to full-fill our expectations and meet our deliverables/timelines over the last year. Extremely grateful to have professional and experienced staff members for us to positively manage expectations with past/future tenants!

The accommodation is of high quality, safe, secure, and convenient. My daughter lived here for a number of years and highly recommended it as one of the best buildings in Waterloo

This apartment is great especially considering it's geared mostly towards student living! The front desk staff - I usually only speak to one named Reese - is super kind and has been so patient with my questions!

Great place to stay for university students - close by and with lots of facilities. Credits to Glen “Old” guy and Nancy for being super helpful and kind!

Ok now let's get this right . First of all I miss read the title I thought this was about the Ion train it was not. It is about some apartments.They are very nice places but like everyone else the RENT IS TO FRIGGIN HiGH. You want happy tenets lower the rent to a price people can afford.Other then that nice place. The wife and I are still discussing weather we should move there or not

Highly recommend this condo for students near the university! I've enjoyed the past 4 years at Waterloo—fantastic staff, outstanding amenities, and an overall great experience. Perfect spot for those attending school in the area

As a new unit owner at 330 Philip Street, I have many questions before moving. Eric Miller has been a tremendous source of information and the quick responses are a bonus.

I had a great experience at this building, always did what I needed them to do and when I need help I could always count on Ben k , such a great help he answered all my questions. I wish all companies had employees like that .

I emailed in with an issue and a gentleman helped me. It took some time to get a reply, but he solved my issue promptly. I think his name was Ben.

If you are caring for your children, ICON 330 is a safer place to live. It is a high-quality student accommodation

I had questions about last months deposit, but Ben helped out and cleared everything out for me. Very pleasant experience!

The front desk staff is really helpful. Mansi specifically went above and beyond to help me when I got locked out of my room.

This place is great, and if you have any issues, Ben fixes them fast and with a smile.
