Great experience.
I have been living at 333 Lester Street for the past one year and I have decided to continue for another year as this place is one of the best student rentals in Waterloo.
The apartment is spacious with big rooms and not only that but the landlord is very attentive to all the requests and maintenance. All the maintenance requests are taken care of as early as possible.
Great place to live at as everything is near by and at a walking distance. Even the University of Waterloo and Laurier University are at a 10 min walking distance.
The landlord is very helpful and will try to do their best to make you feel at home.

I had leases with BK Rents since I started my 1st year at the University of Waterloo. I had been living with BK Rent for 4 years now and I had an excellent experience. The places are very comfortable as well as affordable. The landlord is very friendly and any question or issue gets solved supper fast. I totally recommend BK Rents for new students :)

I have been with BKrents for 5 years now and I am more than grateful to have made the choice to live here. Best Landlords I have ever known and dealt with. They are very understanding and ready to intervene when need be. My overall experience has been positive ever since I moved in. They have a well maintained house gym in the main building which any BKrents tenant can use 24/7! For student looking for a nice and well managed place to live - closer to both campuses, UofW and WLU - and Conestoga College, I do recommend BKrents.

Living here has been a breeze. The landlord is very approachable and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The location of the properties is ideal for students because it is close to bus stops and other amenities. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking out for student’s accommodation.

Attention STUDENTS!!! This is the place to be! I know! I use to live there! I was very pleased with my stay at 333 Lester street. Not only is it a 4 mins walk to University of Waterloo, 8 minutes to Laurier University, 2 minute walk to the gas station that has a tim Hortons, and a 5 minutes bus ride to Conestoga mall! It’s also very clean and affordable with exceptional living space of your choice. Not to mention the newly renovated fitness room, and laundry room. I met great people and the owners are very friendly, professional and prompt to meet your needs. I never had any issue. I lived at 333 Lester and they were some of the most responsive landlords in the city! Maintenance requests were always handled and the apartments are good sizes, plus I got my security deposit back timely. Would definitely recommend going with a smaller landlord like these guys!

I am currently a tenant at 333 lester st and it is a phenomenal apartment as the working environment is perfect for a student due to the levels of maturity amongst the fellow dorms and noise levels stay down. It also has a gym and very close to either campus (5-10 mins walk).

Rented a five bedroom two bath. Rent was decent price. Never had any issues with the room. Landlord sent chocolate and a card during Christmas which was nice.

Highly recommend this place to students! The location is amazing and the rooms are spacious. Plus the landlords are really helpful and kind.
