By chance I came across J.J Motor Cars when looking for a BMW 335i. I purchased one from John for a fair deal. The entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish! I didn't think a BMW without an oil leak or some significant repairs that were needed existed. However, he manged to find one for me. I brought it to another shop today just for a second opinion and they were in disbelief how clean, excellent mechanical condition, and the low km on it. I would send my own mother to buy a car from him! Thanks for everything John!

Not your regular used car dealership. Quality local vehicles are selected by John and provided to his many repeat long term clients. Customer service and condition of car was above expectations. I purchased a car from John sight unseen from Victoria. John took the time to answer all my questions, provided videos and fully disclosed any imperfections with the car. As a result, I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the car, it was in even better shape than I expected. My 2001 BMW320i has served me for 15 years and it's time to upgrade. A 2011 BMW328i at J.J. has caught my eye with everything I wanted, navigation, silver, I-6, sunroof, low km, heated steering/seats, no accidents. It was love at first sight. John had been patiently answered my questions through text about the car, particularly about oil and water leaks. "we have sold over a thousand BMWs, and we know what to look for" to me is the best assurance. Finally we met after a month or so. I made a good offer and was accepted. John also referred me to 10/10 tires to get all new tires at a discount. I told John that I will not write a review for a few months till I am happy with the car because I don't want to jinx it ! Later I found out that the windshield fluid pump was not working, at the time I thought it was lack of fluid. Luckily I am fairly mechanically inclined and purchased a new pump from Amazon for $30 and replaced it myself. I would give John the benefit of the doubt that he probably wasn't aware of it. Would I recommend to buy a quality used vehicle from John of J.J. ? Absolutely. Oh, I just paired up my iPhone with the built-in Bluetooth in the car which is a BONUS.

Great service and experience. John was extremely professional and easy to deal with. I was initially hesitant because it was a "used car dealership" but this place is different. Best car buying experience I ever had and the car I bought was nowhere near the most expensive car they had in their inventory. Didn't matter to John and his team as they treated me fairly and with the upmost respect. Other dealerships should take note of the service these guys provide.

I went in for a good looking car that was at a good price and looked really nice. I got there for an appointment to see it and although there was another couple there who had already offered to buy the car on the spot, he let me look at it and buy it first since I had just travelled all the way there. I really appreciated it, especially since I was in a rush to buy a car! Everything looked so good on the car and I just bought it today, thank you :)

I know what you are thinking - used car lot on Hastings right ? Fear not - John, the owner, is a friendly, honest stand up guy. He accurately describes his product with no embellishment as his many positive Google reviews can attest too. The car I purchased was exactly as described and despite my being from the Okanagan John made sure that the distance was not a factor in making our deal. Zero pressure and John's relationship with Pro Group ensures he has access to many premium vehicles. I would happily buy from John again and can recommend him.

Recently visited this dealership, after several others, in search of a replacement vehicle for my ancient BMW. I was helped by John, the owner, who was courteous, knowledgeable, and above all else respectful.

After much deliberation, I decided on buying one of the vehicles in this lot, and not only was this facilitated to my convenience , but every effort was afforded me to take care of my older vehicle.

I purchased a 2008 Mercedes-Benz from John at JJ Motor Cars on April 14th.
The experience I had was amazing. John responds to emails in a professional and timely manner. The vehicle is absolutely gorgeous. A rare find at this age in such immaculate condition. I had met John previously in 2017 or so and my interaction was equally as pleasant. Personally, I am extremely fussy when it comes to my vehicles and I had my car looked over by my mechanic, no faults could be found. Honest, caring, accommodating, knowledgeable car dealership! I am recommending J.J. Motor Cars to both family and friends. I came over from Vancouver Island and John met me at the ferry, so I could test drive the car going back to the dealership. When we arrived back at J.J.
