I like how this location is organized and it’s very bright inside.

When using self check out when it’s busy its extremely important to exit slowly even if you’re in a rush, you’ll have to sacrifice those few seconds. I’m usually always in a rush and I find when I’m trying to leave quickly, the security guard checks my receipt. Which is fine, he’s doing his job. But to avoid this, try not to wear a varsity hoodie, make sure you don’t look scruffy and well-kept/showered well, and preferably not be of a darker complexion so wear sunscreen and arm covers if you spend a lot of time at the beach. If YT, don’t look like you live in a trailer, and you should be all good. If you’re black, well good luck. 10/10 will come back and improve my comportment when leaving to make sure my exit experience is more efficient. Will try a top hat, tailcoat, and monocle on my next attempt.

Wonderful service at the automotive department. Went in on Sunday without an appointment with a flat tire. Even though they were quite busy, the service advisor, Bill, found two, high quality tires in stock at a great value. The mechanics had them installed well before the end of the day. Overall, a very positive experience. Would highly recommend!

Went shopping the day before the so-called "Black Friday" sale not expecting anything but average pricing. Was absolutely thrilled to have spent no more than my budget could afford and managed to buy the name brand products I intended to purchase at amazingly low discount pre-sale prices. I saved enough to complete my project and then some. Staff encountered were available, friendly and helpful answering the questions I had for them. No hassle check-out and I was out the door for curb side pick up.

The Garden Center at Canadian Tire this Year is Superb. Better Prices and WAY more selection and variety than theLowes and Home Depot close by.

A big, busy store but when I connected with an employee the service was earnest and helpful. The garden center is good. Always a seasonal section of deals. And you can shop with your dog! Bonus Points!

I bought some new tyres online but wasn’t able to make an appointment to get them fitted. The gentleman at the auto centre counter was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the same day. I had some issues with my hub caps and bought a new set, unfortunately they didn’t seem to fit very well. The two young mechanics tried for over an hour with me to get them on, but unfortunately we were just having no luck. They never complained and were super helpful. Both of the mechanics, as well as the gentleman that handled my payment at the auto centre were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They also offer a free rebalancing of the tyres after 150-200km. All in all a very good experience.

Wanted to give a 5-star review to Chris in the Automotive Service Dept.
He helped me with a new set of tires for my F-150 today. I came in a few days ago to see if the tires I wanted were available. He tracked them down, set them aside, and made an appt for me.
I came in today and they got the job done in much less time than planned.
Very happy with the service and the tires!

Had an excellent experience with Mr Mamedov. In seasonal. Extraordinarily helpful and very knowledgeable, he made our shopping experience a pleasure.

Seasonal Manager, Timur Mamedov had the presence of mind to suggest I pull the truck into the stone section and even helped load my truck up with 240kg of the white stone I purchased.

Bought 40 bags of red cedar mulch today. Couldn't have been happier, as the Seasonal Manager, Timur Mamedov, helped me load the mulch into my truck. Bravo

Sadly, not enough of the on the floor in order to avoid having to run up to the front of the store. Whenever someone requires assistance.
Should always be a minimum of two on the floor

Bill Clarke Service advisor @ Granview Hwy's location was able to source parts on Easter Monday , after carefully diagnosing Battery-Alternator was the issue .we had a Game plan & an exact price .The Team including Nathan were all pros and the car was back by suppertime. Awesome customer service and the supervisor at the key replacement booth saved my butt. They were able to duplicate 5 different keys (mailbox, pad locks, drawers) that the minutekey machine couldn't.
