This dental office has provided excellent care to my family for many years. They consistently stay on schedule for appointments. They answer all questions and treat us in a caring manner using up to date skills and equipment. They are fair with charges and do not try to sell unnecessary procedures. Everyone in this practice are well trained, and have friendly caring attitudes towards patients and each other. I am very satisfied with the care my family receives at Havens Family Dentistry. They are good people!

I've never had a bad experience at Havens Family Dentistry. Everyone there is so nice, helpful and accommodating. The hygienists and dentists are very gentle when cleaning your teeth and are very through when explaining things.I can't say enough good things about this place!

Dr Todd repaired a malfunctioning filling. He has asked me about this issue every time i visit and allowed me to finally make the decision to fix it. Very respectful of my opinion. He and Dr John are professional and personable. Give them a try; you won’t regret it.

I went to see Dr. Havens because I couldn’t get in at my regular Medicare dentist. They did such a great job. I am happy to pay the portion that my insurance does not cover. their work is top quality. You will find the staff very friendly. They are very accommodating to your schedule. You will be in safe hands with Dr. Jenkins or Dr. Havens..

Hygienist Carol was efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr Todd was able to book me in 2 wks to fix cavity in old back molar.

Modern dentistry with outstanding dentists and staff. Besides operating their dental office, the Havens brothers are also senior commissioned officers in the Army Reserve / US Army Dental Corps. The highly competent dental technicians and office staff are the best - always making you feel like you are their only patient that day. I've been their patient ever since they opened their practice and I give the the highest recommendation to Havens Family Dentistry. It's not the largest dental office in Niagara Falls- only the very best.

I saw the dentist hygienist Linda at Havens Family Dentistry. She is always so kind, professional and does a great job cleaning my teeth. The entire staff is exceptional from the time you enter until you leave. If you are looking for the best dentist office I would highly recommend them 🦷❤❤!!!

I had unexpectedly chipped my front tooth on a fork. Dr. John was great to fix as they professionally do. He was able file, a little fill and polish and my tooth was back to normal with no pain at all. He was able to do so with no need of needles or Novocain and done efficiently, it looks and feels back to normal. For someone that never like going to the dentist, Dr. John and Dr. Todd and their staff make my visits feel comfortable and at ease for my appointments all these years. Excellents dentists and office service!

I am a reluctant dental patient. Haven’s Dental was friendly, non-judgmental and provided excellent care. I don’t think I will ever be excited to go, but am no longer fearful thanks to their attitudes and actions. For someone without dental insurance I was also pleased with their prices (and they were up front about it before doing anything).
