I was very pleased with the purchase of my new refrigerator. The salesman was quite helpful and courteous. The atmosphere in the store is calming. It was a hot summer and my fridge didn't work. Delivery was two days later and the delivery men were on time, courteous, reversed the door handle and took away my old fridge. I've purchased other items in the store on other occasions and always found the staff helpful and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with this store. Parking is ample.

Been looking around and price checking for laminate flooring at various store. Today was another day of price checking with no intentions to buy however, today we met Kulbir, the level of customer service her provided us is absolutely next level. Very knowledgeable answered all our questions and help us chose one that not only fit our budgets but also the quality looks far more superior then Home Depot or any of the other places we have visited. He went beyond and help us find others items and bundle them up into one bill for us to make it more convenient to pay., And to top it all up, he helps us push out and load it in our car. I have never experienced this level of service anywhere in my life from hospitality to foods. Just Amazing Kulbir!!!
This man need to be in charge of customer service training. And yes we ended up spending almost $800. We love to support a place that shows this next level customer service.

Back When this was a Lowes = 5 Star! Representatives Norman and Mani were super helpful from the get go. Assisted in making sure we knew where we were headed within the store, and guided us to the right representatives within and even met us at checkout to make sure all went well. Much appreciate this!

Overall, this store has a chill vibe from the get go. Lighting and setup are much to our liking. Could spend hours in there!

Lowe's is at 2727 East 12 th Avn Vancouver. This store is very large, and it has a variety of decorative materials for home use. There are also various tools. And the parking lot is very big and the parking space is good. The business hours are long, Mon-Fri 6am-9pm; Saturday 7am-9pm; Sunday 8am-9pm; the staff are always available to help you find what you need.

Excellent customer service! I did not note their names down, but several of the staff at this location made sure to see if I needed help (which I much needed), and went above-and-beyond to help me figure out what I needed for my home improvement. Thanks for all the help!

Very nice people on the floor. Helpful, happy, and friendly folks. Well-stocked shelves. Different stock than other big boxes around - so that’s a plus when looking for options. Bonus points for being pet-friendly. May never go back to Home Depot 🐕‍🦺

Had to come in to get some special items that needed to be cut to my specifications even though it’s not normally available. Shashank and Manpreet were very helpful and made me feel welcome. Thanks to those two! Store was also very complete and had pretty much anything else I’d need for home repairs

Had a broken piece from my garburator. Went to Canadian tire, no help. Went to Rona, couldn’t find the piece.

Asked a worker here for help. This guy took his time and helped me real good. His name is Wing in the plumbing area. Got me to find a specialist for my needs. Thanks wing!

Update May 4.24. I wanted to do a separate review a year later, but I only have the option of editing this one. Today I was helped by the lovely Rosemary in customer service. Her sweet demeanor and cheerful smile made my day!! Thank you Rosemary! 😊 ............Randy went out of his way to help me find some light fixtures that I have been searching for at other stores for weeks and thought they didn't manufacture them anymore. Very professional manner while still maintaining a sense of humor. Great service; a well-deserved 5 stars! Thank you Randy!

I had great customer service at Lowe’s in the lumber section. Emmanuel helped me and made sure I got the exact size of plywood that I needed. He was kind and friendly, I feel like not often do people leave reviews of a good experience. You could tell he cared about his work and it was great to see!

I was at the store today and I am very pleased with how Ruben(assistant manager) handled my request. He was very helpful and polite and he listened to my concern. I also met the store manager and she was very nice as well. I told them I moved from Winnipeg to Vancouver and they warmly welcomed me. They solved my problem and I am very happy! Thank you very much! More power!

Went to the outdoor centre, lots of selection in comparison to the Home Depot.
Prices are comparable. Loads of parking.
Friendly staff and very clean washrooms.

Love having this within walking distance from home to grab last-minute reno materials. They match competitor's pricing so nothing to lose here. Rarely do I not find what I am looking for here.

Kris, the plumbing manager was on his way home from work when he saw my husband and I outside the store struggling to put two bulky boxes containing kitchen sinks we had just bought into our SUV. He came to help us load the boxes into our suv. We really appreciated his help.

The lady who worked at the cashier was also very efficient in helping us when the self serve machine was not working.

Location on Grandview offers plenty of parking. Store layout is organized, easy to navigate, and clean. Did our shopping in the garden sections. Plenty of variety for everything outdoors and indoors. Customer service reps inside and outside were pleasant to work with. Helpful and quick to get you on your way. Over all a good shopping experience. Will visit again.

We had a great experience with a staff member (maybe manager, Sasha or Sarah!?) during the December cold snap. They were knowledgeable, patient, and full of recommendations. And the store was well stocked, after having no luck at a bunch of different places.

Reasonable price. Nice herbs plants, but i wish it has tarragon
