I bought a presale in 2018 and was nervous as I haven’t closed on a home before. I was referred to GBC Law through a friend who used them in their purchase. I was so glad I used GBC Law because I messed up on some paper work and they were able to not only correct it but were able to do it on a timely manner that allowed me to close on the property. If it wasn’t for their quick action and prompt replies I could have potentially lost a deposit. Their staff was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, something that’s very important when choosing a lawyer. I would recommend to GBC law to anyone and will continue to use them for any future legal concerns going forward.

Modern life necessitates obtaining legal advice from time to time. Over the years, I have personally sought legal advice six times for various needs. Recently, I had need of wills & estate advice. I needed some quick and responsive help to complete the sale of my company. I was directed to GBC Law by a friend and was not disappointed. They are a small firm, based in Burnaby, BC - but perform at a level far above their weight class. Cynthia was able to review a 80+ page contract in a few hours - and I know she actually read the entire thing as she corrected the purchasing lawyer's section references and noted other issues with the document. It was to the point the purchasing company requested her corrections (and this is a huge company). I also ended up dealing with Stefano (another Lawyer) and others - and I was very impressed with their competency and professionalism.
