Love my new bike from Trek's Maple Ridge location! Cody was extremely helpful and patient and I can't recommend him enough. The bike is a dream!

Great store. Have had only okay experiences normally in bike stores. Here the staff are amazing, and you can tell they like their job & talking to people. Bought a tire here & had the tube installed with tire. Had some installation issues but they reached out to me & went above and beyond to take it back in for free and put a new tube in with some better wheel tape. Very positive experience, will be back.

We purchased our 6 year old daughters bike here and Sam was the best and most knowledgeable sales person that has helped us and we have been to many bike shops before visiting Trek Maple Ridge. We had such a great experience we purchased our dual sport bikes a few months later and Dave was also incredible helping us out. The entire process, from start to finish was amazing. We had zero experience and Dave walked through all the important information and showed us how everything works, despite being very busy in the store. We will never go anywhere else for services or bikes as our kids get older. Thank you so much Sam and Dave!

Awesome experience. Super knowledgeable staff took the guessing work out of making the right purchase for my kids bikes. I loved that they were able to make tweaks to the bikes so my boys felt comfortable and confident riding them. The biggest hook for me is their trade up program for kids.

First time buying a road bike. They gave me lots of info to help make a decision. I also customized my pedals so I can wear my peloton shoes. Very good customer service! Definitely recommend.

We live in Fort Nelson. I called this bike shop to order a part. I'm not even their regular customer.

The shop found out they didn't carry what I needed but he went on MEC and found the part. He even walked me through the website to help me find it.

That is outstanding serve. 5 stars. If I lived in the area I would go here and not think twice.

Back in Fall 2021, I was able to order my new Domane road bike and he managed to find a way for me to pay and order my new bike without me having to drive 6 hours to the store and pay for my deposit.
Best of all, I got my bike 2 months later.
I'm very happy with my road bike.

Awesome customer service. My bike had a few issues upon purchase, but Trek Maple Ridge did everything they could to make it right.

Trek Maple Ridge gave me a complimentary tune-up for gear shifting and braking issues. Later on, the bike’s front tube blew up during the first officially ride. Trek Maple Ridge arranged another complimentary tube replacement for me at Trek Burnaby as it’s closer for me.

We live in an imperfect world, but Trek Maple Ridge absolutely did everything they could to make it right. I highly recommend that you get your bike from this store.

Good service, quality products, and pricing. I had a great experience when I went in to pick up a few new things. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was sold only what I needed and I will for sure be going back for any future purchases. I don’t even own a Trek bike and that didn’t stop them from helping me make my bike enjoyable and road worthy.

I contacted Trek Maple Ridge regarding a specific bike, and fortunately, I spoke with the Store Manager, David. I shared my budget, and he kindly invited me to visit the store. Upon my arrival, I was impressed by David's professionalism. He attentively listened to my requirements, suggested suitable accessories, and ensured everything fell within my budget. I left the store with my desired bike and recommended accessories, all thanks to David's excellent assistance.

Had an awesome experience snagging my first gravel bike at Trek Maple Ridge. The crew there really knows their stuff. They walked me through all the options and helped me dial in on the Trek Checkpoint SL6. These guys took their time making sure everything was fitted right, breaking down each adjustment and why it mattered for my ride.

It wasn't just about making a sale; you could tell they're all about the sport. Left the shop not only stoked about my new bike but also pumped to dive into gravel riding. Can't wait to hit the trails and definitely looking forward to heading back to Trek for any future gear. Hats off to the staff for nailing it on customer service.

The staff was very helpful same kept my budget in mind the entire time. They had the bike finished within 24 hours. It is now a much safer and smoother ride. Thank you very much. It is appreciated.

Recently I bought Trek Emonda expensive bike from Trek Port Coquitlam. I called the store for information on the tread pitch for the rear thru-axle, and they told me to call tomorrow as they are busy. I didn't mind waiting as this information was very important for me.
I called the Trek Maple Ridge store and they told me to call the store from where I bought the bike as that store know more about my bike. Are you a Trek store selling the same bikes?!

Then I called the Trek Burnaby store, I really needed that information. They helped me by telling me the tread pitch is 1.75 and also told me where to look for it on my bike.

I drove out to Maple ridge from Vancouver looking forward to a nice leisurely bike ride on my road bike. It's a Trek pilot 5.2 which I love but I forgot to bring my tire pump so I knew of the Trek store in Maple ridge I went in and was greeted by a friendly staff and they were happy to pump up my tires no charge. I am also in the market for a mountain bike so I was shown a few and think I will be purchasing a Trek Excalibur in a month or so knowing it will be an enjoyable experience at the Maple ridge location thanks Chad
