Can’t say enough about the quality of service and helpfulness we’ve experienced with the team at Ford in Maple Ridge. We have 2 Fords now, a friend of our got their Focus from this location and we are now looking at getting a F-350 with full trust that everything from the sales process to future service on any of our vehicles will be completely worth counting on them for. Recommend them 100%!

Great staff I dealt with Brittany who was very involved & professional. Best representative I've ever dealt with in 5+ years. We met Brian earlier in the year when we exploring our options for Bronco’s. West Coast was one of the few places that had a vehicle we could look at, let alone test drive.
We came. We saw. We liked!
Brian showed us all the features and a few different trim levels, explained the differences, and was very forthcoming with potential delivery dates, based on some of the options.
We went home and thought about it.
Reached out to Brian a few days later and ordered our Bronco Sport.

Last weekend we took delivery and couldn’t be happier! Brian went through all the features and details with us.
Holly looked after our paperwork and additional packages we wanted for warranty and maintenance.

From the moment I reached out about a listing for a used F-150 Tessa was on the ball. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable for all of our interactions.

Because I was heading over from the island to view the truck, I had several extra requests for photos and videos and extra details to ensure I wouldn't be wasting my time, and she was helpful and accommodating with all my requests.

The truck came with a very throrough service and inspection report, and along with the free Carfax it told me everything I needed to know to feel confident about buying a higher mileage used vehicle. Once the deal was done and I realized I had forgotten my garage door opener in my trade in she promptly found it and mailed it back to me.

I bought my 4runner in 2021 which they were great, but this experience is completely separate. I was in an accident outside their dealership on lougheed and their staff came out and were so above and beyond. They helped move my truck off the road, distracted my daughter, gave statement to the police. Afterwards they allowed my daughter and i inside, where they continued to distract her and gave her hot chocolate while i made phone calls. To do all these little things is so much more beyond being a dealership. I cannot be more thankful in such a stressful time for how kind hearted and wonderful and helpful the staff were. Im even more happy knowing i bought my vehicle from them seeing as after 2.5 years they still "took care of me". Words cannot express how much i can reccommend this place just for their sheer kindness.

My partner, toddler and I had a wonderful experience with Ken Homeniuk. He was very patient and informative and didn't pressure us one bit! He was also a great communicator and easy to get a hold of! My partner is ridiculously tall and it was really hard finding a car for him.
Ultimately we didn't go with the mustang and didn't make the purchase with Ken. I wish we had! He's such a great guy!

We purchased a car from Natasha in March and it was an exceptional car buying experience. We were looking for a specific car and were very thankful she was able to get us into it asap. We feel we got a really fair trade in on our old car too. Everything was explained well and Laura in financing was great too. We’ll definitely come back to WC Ford when it’s time!

Great service on our internet-based purchase. We "secured" the vehicle we wanted before it even arrived on the lot by paying a refundable deposit. Before and after doing so, our salesperson answered all my questions on Messenger and by phone, and went out of her way to be helpful. She even picked us up from the ferry terminal to save an expensive taxi ride. Fast, friendly service from the finance officer and other team members too. A great experience.
