I love Otto! He's always busy and his schedule is packed, but for a good reason, it's well worth the wait. I've taken a few cars in the last 3 years, never had issues, always left feeling satisfied with the car in a superb condition and a very reasonable bill.

Two things here speak incredible volumes:

1) 163 out of the 165 of the reviews here are nearly all five stars.

2) I actually had to wait nearly three weeks to get in from when I first called for an appointment. That’s how busy this place is.

My uncle told me about Otto’s garage, and I’m sure glad he did. Mercedes wanted over $1,000 for an oil & filter change, fluid top up, and a few other minor things. Otto did it for barely a quarter of that price.

The dealership also quoted me $15,000 for a bunch of work that Otto determined wasn’t really necessary just yet, and won’t even come close to that number once he eventually does the job.

Great trustworthy guy who isn’t looking to rip you off, plus his name is Otto - what better person to be working on your car.

I consistently entrust my German vehicles to Otto. His service is impeccable, fairly priced, and efficient. His vast knowledge is evident, and it's no surprise that other auto repair shops consistently refer customers to him for German vehicles. Otto is honest and upfront, ensuring you only get the work that's genuinely required. He's quick to advise if something isn't necessary. Highly recommended!

Where is the six star button? For German/EU cars there is no better place. Highest recommendation possible. Has done work to both our ML350 and MiniCooperS.

This man is one of the most honest and talented mechanics I have ever known. An absolute genius in German vehicles. I would not trust my cars to anybody else.

Otto is the definition of "Honest Auto Mechanic". If you just want a reliably running car he will do nothing more than it needs, but if hot laps on track days is what you need he will do his best to give you that. None of the unnecessary expensive tests that end up "requiring" thousands of dollars of, also unnecessary, work that dealership or marque shops inevitably end up ripping you off. Otto is ”Old School ”, good work for a reasonable price 👍🏻😁

We've been going to Otto for almost 10years for our BMW. He and his crew are incredible mechanics! They are professional, trustworthy and very friendly. Otto is like a family to us. I've been taking my cars to Uncle Otto (as I call him) for 17 years. Ever since I got my first BMW 540i and every car since, Otto and his guys are the choice. He's HONEST, kind, and really appeals to humanity. Fixing cars is expensive and if you don't have all of the money upfront, he lets you come back and pay a little at a time so you never feel like you can't buy groceries because you need to fix you vehicle. BEST auto mechanic in BC without question. Highly recommended!!!

Best service EVER at this place! Honest, friendly, fast and don’t rip you off! They Temporarily Fixed my daughters car today with a part they had on hand until they can order a new part to install next week permanently. So happy and Totally recommend this place to everyone!

Otto is such an amazing guy. He was able to squeeze me in and get my water pump replaced in a day. Fair pricing and awesome customer service. For all your Euro needs this is your go-to place. Highly recommend!

Best place for euro cars. Been going to Otto for a few years now for service and repair on BMW and diesel VW. Knowledgeable and honest shop.

Otto is a consummate professional in European vehicles. He's worked on my 2003 Audi A4 a number of times and I swear the vehicle just feels better after it leaves the shop. I would trust no one else with my vehicle; neither should you.

But make sure to book in advance-- this expertise is clearly in demand. Glad to see that he's doing well despite the virus.

I can't say enough amazing things about Otto and his business. Not only is it hard to find a very good and experienced mechanic, especially a German car specialist, but a mechanic with such high integrity, honesty and fairness (he is also very likable). He encourages his customers to not spend more money than necessary when fixing or maintaining their cars, as opposed to most car shops out there.
When picking up my car on my first visit I did not know that Otto did not take credit cards or debit. I felt stuck and very far from home without a car and Otto without hesitation said "what are you worried about?, just drive home and you'll pay me later. You seem like an honest guy. I'm sure you'll pay. You can come back one of these days or mail me a cheque". That's just an example of the kind of guy he is. I've been in his shop's waiting area many times to get my two cars fixed and never have I ever seen a single customer complaining about anything. Many people walk in an out and all of them certainly seem to love Otto and his business.
Despite the distance from home and inconvenient Mon-Fri schedule, I will never bring my cars elsewhere.

Otto is a friendly, competent and honest mechanic. He has been helping me bring my 964 back to its former glory. I am very happy that I decided to start the project with him. He's a great guy. The work done on the Porsche by himself and Kevin has been wonderful. Keep up the great work guys!

Awsome shop. I took my 540i there for what i would consider a big job and was very pleased when he called me and said my car was done the same day. I have been turned off of taking my vehicles to shops in the past but i will definitely return to euro otto sport in the future 10/10.
