She was incredibly patient as I wavered in the prior months but once I was finally ready she became firm and realistic without sugar coating what needed to be done. She handled my situation well and at no point did I feel like she was in it for just herself which I can't say for the other realtors I talked to beforehand. The Short. If possible I'd give her 10 stars!
The Long. My mother (90 yrs.) decided to sell. After meeting with several agents, she chose Gail and she gave us an honest evaluation for the market and presented a plan. We altered that plan and without pressure Gails response was I am here to accomidate you. After several month, with limited success, we reverted back to Gails original plan and had imitate success. During the listing, she went above and beyond even taking Mom out doing errands and doctors appointments while the house was being shown. There's not enough room here to list all she has done! Gail is not only good at her job, she builds a friendship and trust. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling their home! We can't thank her enough!

As a first time homebuyer, I wasn't very sure of how to even get started. Gale was very helpful guiding me through this process.
