Pizza Hut

Tonight the delivery driver took our food to the wrong address. Sounds like he was new and got confused. I called and they got in touch with him right away to correct it. He ended up getting it back (still sealed) but by then it was cold. As soon as the lady on the phone heard this she insisted on sending us new pizzas. We told her it was fine and actually thought we weren't getting new pizza and a delivery driver showed up at our door a short while later with two piping hot ones. We honestly always have a good experience here but this was exceptional and very much appreciated!

Amazing delivery and well prepared. It has lots of options available and the place just right besides it is perfect to have dinner.

Best place for Pizza.

Pizza Hut's pizza is actually better than all the pizza chains available in the Kitchener Waterloo area. They also maintain contacless preparation as well as delivery. I am a big fan of their veggie pizza.

Does not have a dining room, not a complaint, but it seems Google Review questions don't understand "No" when they ask if the location has dining in options..

Food is great as always, people were great when picking it up. Not much else can be said

Long time ago review: Ordered the $10 pizza of the day, and as I opened the door, it fell. I asked for a 2nd and they did no problem. And that's after asking to customize the order. Great service, and wonderful attitude. Thank you

For $10 you can get a personal pizza with 3 toppings and boneless bites. Even if it tasted terrible I'd still love it at a price like that, but the pizza/wings are actually really good anyway.

The team working in Waterloo is always extremely hard working and super pleasant. My son always enjoys the pizza and I'm so glad that I can safely order from them as he has a life threatening peanut allergy. Thank you!

Too bad Pizza Hut doesn't have dine-in locations around the Waterloo region anymore. It's all delivery and take out now. Nonetheless, the food quality is still just as good!

Pizza was great. Toppings were portioned over pizza evenly. Pizza was cooked just right. The slices were evenly cut. Front staff was very friendly. Pizza was nice and hot. Highly recommended
