Baxter's One Stop Automotive

Brought my '04 RAM in with a 'ghost' in the electrical system which cause various issues for 6 yrs - all of which had been 'fixed' only to manifest elsewhere. Baxter's finally tracked down the problems (three different problems) & fixed them all. So nice to have a vehicle with properly working lights, alarm & radio. They really seem to know their stuff. Would use them again.

I thoroughly enjoy doing business with Baxter's. The are friendly, courteous, and helpful. I like the quick service that I get, whether it's just an oil change, an inspection, or a repair. The let you know what it will cost and how soon they can get you in to have the work done. I find their prices are reasonable too! They are the best!

Baxter’s employees and himself are very knowledgeable and get any job done in a timely manner. Also have no problem showing you what’s going with your vehicle. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I always have a positive experience when visiting Baxter's One Stop Automotive. I have been taking my car to this garage for the past several months. They are always honest and upfront about the cost to repair and what NEEDS to be fixed and what can wait. They are not simply trying to make a buck off everyone that comes through the door. They have just expanded to a new, bigger building which will be able to better accommodate the customers. I would recommend Baxter's to anyone!

All my oil changes done locally are done here. Never had any issues. Staff is always polite.

Great service from the front desk to the back Knowledgeable and efficient. Mike and Jessica are great people to deal with, they will go the extra mile to do what they can to get you back on the road as quickly as possible The pricing is very fair.

Friendly and honest owners and staff. They explain and show me what's wrong with a vehicle. I don't feel taken advantage of because I am a female like I have at other garages or dealerships.

There is no other place to take your vehicle other than Baxter's in Massena . They are reasonable in price, prompt in service and staff is courteous always.
