Blue Spruce Motel

Very clean and quaint place! Rooms are clean and have all the amenities you could need including a full size fridge! Very affordable with friendly staff. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and only 20 minutes away from the casino! We will definitely come back next time we go to the casino!

This place is awesome......Gina is awesome! All the staff was super professional and friendly. The room was completely spotless, even the baseboards had been cleaned recently! Fresh donuts and cheese curds on site was such a nice surprise. Super close to main shopping areas but far enough away that it feels like you're in a small town. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice room, great amenities. Coffee maker, small refrigerator freezer. Nice bathroom. Clean and well maintained. No service over the weekend, did not inhibit myself. Just noting. Quiet setting. Easy access to the main hwy 37 and plenty of restaurants for meals. I like the towels are not white. Nice decor. Large bathroom. Affordable pricing, call the hotel for the best possible rates. Friendly staff and nice landscape. Wifi was solid.

Thankful that we decided to stay at the Blue Spruce Motel while in Massena and enjoy the hospitality offered by Gina and her family. It has all the charm and comfort that comes with a more authentic, small-town, family-run motel, and the cleanliness and professionalism that you'd expect from national and international chains. Looking forward to staying again.

We stayed here in March while visiting a nearby college. The room was comfy and exceptionally clean. The couple who run the motel are friendly and diligent about keeping it clean and well maintained. They have a lovely outdoor space with a grill and a giant Jenga set. A real gem. Easy to access the Massena airport. Restaurants within walking distance. Will stay here again.

When I went to visit my boyfriend in Massena, this is by far the best motel to stay at. It's extremely clean, spacious and the suite that I paid for was amazing. It was like having a home away from home. Your own bedroom, stove, microwave and refrigerator plus two seperate tvs. It was definitely worth the price. I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in the Massena area. Just please note, DO NOT lock yourself out at 2 am when you go out for a cigarette because the staff will not answer the door to let you back in, which is completely understandable. I had to sleep in the cold car in shorts because I locked myself out of my room and the staff wouldn't answer.

Have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners are very friendly and outgoing. Got to buy the donuts...homemade and delicious! Room was very clean, loved the soap and shampoos, best quality towels. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it.

I wish we were staying longer! It is peaceful, quiet and the best part CLEAN! Also super cute. I was a little nervous at first when booking this place but we needed someone to stay but we will definitely come again when we visit family!!!!

My husband and I had to work in the area for a few days and they suggested the suite so we could have a bit more room for a longer stay. Totally worth it! It’s like a super clean Air B&B. We had the option to make our own meals because we had an oven/stove, but there’s an awesome Italian restaurant just next door. We couldn’t have chosen a more comfy, clean place to stay. Management was super helpful and nice too!! A+++
We will definitely stay here again if we’re passing through!!

Mike and Gina are Inn Keepers doing it right! Our college fishing team stayed here for a week and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms are incredibly clean and well maintained. The suites with kitchens are well stocked with every thing you need to cook. But the best part of the whole stay was Gina's homemade, old fashion donuts! So good! If you are anywhere near Massenna, NY, be sure to stay here!

The owners Mike and Gina are some of the most helpful people ensuring a peaceful night sleep . The rooms are extremely nice and clean. The staff is very professional and polite !! They have a vegetable garden for guests to enjoy fresh vegetables. The guest are encouraged to use the grills to cook a meal, while enjoying a camp fire, even have a guest laundry room. I travel often for my job , the owners work hard make sure your stay is memorable. It truly is a LITTLE BEDDER

Mike and Gina made me feel so comfortable during my extended stay at their motel. My room was clean and spacious and they have free washer and dryer on site that was so convenient for me. If I ever needed to stay in the area again I would not hesitate to book with them again.

Myself and my business partners were just in Massena for a fishing expo. We decided to stay at the Blue Spruce because of the reviews. Well these reviews don't lie! The hotel was spotless! I have been a business traveler for years and have never stayed in such a clean place! The room even smelled clean when you opened the door. Location was great, very close to everything. The owners were so awesome. They even cleaned off our cars during a snow storm! And those donuts! OMG, I have never had anything so good. It felt like I was at home at the Blue Spruce. If you are ever in need of a great hotel in the area, I highly recommend the Blue Spruce!

We were blown away by the excellent customer service provided by owners. They went above and beyond in offering assistance and service. Very convenient location to the airport. Cozy, clean, comfortable rooms with all the essentials. Nice outdoor seating area with fire pit and tables. Cute gift shop. Wish we could have tried the homemade donuts. We will stay here again.

We were extremely happy with the accommodations 😊💚 What a nice , CLEAN, quiet place to lay your head , when traveling. Loved the friendly owners. It was fun to feel right at home. Only a couple things we wished for ..a harder pillow on the beds and the outside soda machine was empty. But it was March..so maybe the colder weather was the reason for that. All in all, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! Cleanest place I've ever stayed it ! Wonderful 😊

This is an awesome place to stay! Extremely friendly staff, family owned, clean rooms, garden for guests to have fresh vegetables, BBQ to cook on, and lots of seating outside for gorgeous nights by the fire! Will definitely be back! Don't forget the home made donuts, honey, and candles from their own bees! Best nights sleep in a hotel ever!

Extremely Clean Rooms. Mike and Gina are both super friendly and helpful and even have the option for a suite with kitchen and reclining sofa. Rooms are quiet and you will get a great nights sleep and great location. Highly recommend over local big chains and I travel frequently for work with many options still prefer here when I can.

The owners and staff at the Blue Spruce Motel are exceptional. I've stayed at the motel for the past 4 weeks while traveling to Massena for work. Every time I check in, the staff have been friendly and helpful. The rooms are impeccably clean each time I walk in. I will look to stay at the Blue Spruce Motel anytime I'm traveling to Massena.

The manager/owners are terrific. We had the best time being able to stay in close proximity to other family members when we had our reunion. Sitting around a campfire was a special treat for all of us. Something they take pride in, going out of their way to make sure we had enough wood and supplies for a relaxing fire.
