The Dog House

On my way to the Niagara Seneca casino, I stopped off at the Dog House. The French fries were regular (not crinkle cut) and hot and yummy. Then I went to the casino and won! I think the food made me lucky, and the smiling staff was a nice surprise at the Falls.

From what I am reading you should just get something simple and easy my chili cheese hot dog and fries are great. Also my wife's lunch was good too overpriced I agree but it was still good

Pricy...but that's to be expected in a tourist area. Meal was served quickly, tasted good, and staff was very cordial.

Food was made when ordered. Everything nice and hot.

If you have a choice, drive a little further and find better restaurants. Stay away from this overpriced food court. They gave us a burnt veggie hotdog in a bun that was falling apart and looked/tasted stale. For just the veggie dog, we paid $11.00.

Food was utterly disgusting, cold, not fresh, made from frozen food. Overpriced, definitely recommend finding a different area to eat at. In addition, service was poor workers had a bad attitude . Two of the four workers did absolutely nothing and just confused everyone on line. Only one cook, food took too long. Literally took a whole hour for one burger, what the heck is wrong with them. I swear go find yourself another place to eat at. This place should already be shut down by now. Don’t listen to good reviews, their lying.

I would give them 0 stars. Food was terrible and overcooked. They couldn’t even get French fries right. They made us wait and didn’t even start preparing our order until after we asked status on our order after 20 mins. Had the crew paid same attention to customers and their order as they paid to their phones May be then they may try to help customers.

I already came here because it’s quite near the falls and I feel ẽtremely disappointed because of disgusting food… the price of all dishes here are more expensive than others and the quality is so bad…

Slow service plus a surprise 8% fee they call CAM. Technically, they post that they're going to charge this fee. But they do it with a tiny little posting by the cash register. The menu is up. This "notice" would require you to look down and squint. This should be illegal. They are scamming tourists daily, hoping we won't notice. The food is already overpriced. This is just another "gotcha." The place is a total tourist trap. Stay away. Oh yeah. And the food is subpar.

Bad service, extremely overpriced, long wait, ran out of condiments/didn't refill them, little to no napkins, DISGUSTING HOT DOGS TASTES LIKE DOG WATER. can't eat the rest of my food because it's making me sick. wish i could give zero stars

Food was terrible and way over priced for what you get. No one in my family ate more than a few bites, burger was gray , fries were bad, and the fish gave upset stomach
