Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo

This was the perfect hotel for a business trip. Can't beat the free happy hour at Embassy suites and made to order breakfast. I also have a feather allergy and this is the first Hilton I've stayed in this year to finally have a allergy free room available. I would absolutely stay here again for work. Its a mile from anchor bar where we enjoyed the home of buffalo wings and there's a nice dive bar across the street.

We were there for a school board conference nearby. The rooms were huge, and the decor was incredible. Maid service was very good. The shower in the bath was fair, as compared to other places we stayed in the past. The breakfasts were free and were fantastic. The omelet chefs were superb! All and all , we would come back to this hotel without question.

Would be nice if Valet cleaned off the car for us, but we are used to snow as well.

This is a really nice hotel. The employees were friendly and helpful at every turn. The rooms/suites are generously sized. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. My wife and I both slept soundly.

Breakfast was awesome. Omelets cooked to order are a nice way to start the day.

Please know that parking is valet, only. The valets were quick to bring cars out to guests.

I could see returning to this hotel. Buffalo was a pleasant surprise on our trip.

I did stay two nights back in 2015 and my experience was great (no bedbugs, bedroom was pristine, etc), but that's not the experience I'm writing for. I had recently went to downtown Downtown alone for the first time, and got lost at night, in 24f weather. I had no phone, I was going off of memory (which had clearly failed me lol).
I sat at the bus-stop after 2 hours of wandering and a woman recommended to me that the Embassy may potentially help me make a phonecall, and that they were generally nice. I was nervous but I went in and asked one of the men at the desks and he was more than happy to let me make a phone call, no charge, no anger. That was my only way home. I wish I could have gotten his name but if you do see this, thank you, so so much!

Nice hotel in a very convenient part of town, with at least five eateries within a couple of blocks of walking distance. The free bar drink tickets are very much appreciated! The hotel takes pets, so we traveled for a week with our dog and it was a wonderful experience.
One thing to note, as with most city hotels there is no DIY parking, only valet, and it is $25 a night. Those guys work hard and are busy, so it is usually a five or even ten minute wait to get your car back.
Breakfast was free and excellent, there is someone available to make you fresh eggs for an omelette, plus all the usual breakfast fare like waffles, oatmeal, sausage, and lots of coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again!

The staff was extremely nice and the complimentary evening reception and free breakfast were an added bonus and much appreciated. The rooms were very large and clean with the most comfortable beds. However, the pool was small and the water was cold that it was not enjoyable.

The rooms are spacious and spotless clean, and the beds are comfortable. Overall, it is a great hotel with a great location.

Had a good stay here for a conference. The service was great. The free breakfast was really good.

Check in was quick, the front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. My suite was clean and comfortable. The evening reception was fun, I met some wonderful people The hotel was very quiet so I had a peaceful night of sleep. There was an ice storm overnight and the valet attendants did an incredible job of getting the ice off of cars! It was appreciated! Thank you to everyone! I highly recommend this hotel.

Stood here on a business trip. Centrally located, great restaurants near by /within walking distance, Valet parking. The suite was awesome. Loved the open space. Beds were comfy, room was clean. The staff was very pleasant.

I decided to try the Pure Living room type due to sensitivities and allergies. I will say it was one of the best nights sleep my family had! The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh everywhere you want. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. I want to specifically point out Nathan who was a chef in the breakfast area. He was in charge of the made to order omelet station. The omelets were amazing. He was so professional and courteous and honestly, I have no idea how he kept up with the crowd, but he made it look easy. Thanks to all staff for an amazing experience in Buffalo!

The hotel is beautiful, clean and all staff were extremely positive, friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. They had everything and omelettes made to order. Everything was fresh. It was so nice to receive complimentary drinks in the evening.

We stayed here for two days, the rooms were spacious and clean. The in house restaurant and bar are lovely. Service was top notch. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The New York Association for Play Therapy (NYAPT) held their two-day, 100-person conference at the Embassy Suites downtown Buffalo in April 2023. From the General Manager to Valet Parking staff, all were attentive, welcoming, available for any trouble shooting and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The Banquet Manager, Christine, made useful recommendations for our menus and worked supportively with our group from the beginning. AV was addressed competently by Mike and Joyce was generous and accommodating with our room block. If you are planning an event, the hotel is beautiful, the famous Embassy Suites breakfasts and afternoon wine receptions are included, enjoy food from the restaurant Bella Ciao. This hotel Administration and staff have hospitality and event planning well-rehearsed!

From the moment we booked our reservation for a mother-daughter overnight stay I was already impressed with a customer service. Bob, Emmie and Erika are so polite and accommodating. We stayed in a two-room corner suite on the 7th floor. It had an amazing view of both Lake Erie and downtown Buffalo. The room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. It was a wonderful surprise to have the complementary evening reception. A breakfast was above and beyond any complimentary breakfast I've had at other hotels.
My daughter and I had a wonderful time and this is a beautiful memory we will always have. Thank you for being a part of that memory.

Amazing hotel staff! From the valet to the bar to the housekeeping! Everyone was super polite, helpful, and lovely.

As my family and I drove to the hotel from the airport, my fitness watch strap broke, obviously causing panic about losing my step streak (not really, but really about the panic 😜). When I stopped by the hotel mini-store to see if there was glue or tape as a temporary fix, a staff member (probably a manager?) asked if he could help with anything. After a quick explanation, he questioned his idea of Gorilla Glue from the engineering team, not wanting to ruin my watch strap. What luck! Little did he know, my watch strap already needed to be replaced. Within five minutes an engineering team member showed up to my room with Gorilla Glue. Most excellent! Could not recommend more the service and friendliness of this hotel.

Good location in town. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered fresh waffles and made to order eggs. We also enjoyed the evening reception with cocktails. Though the parking was valet, we never had to wait for the car.

It was a nice and clean hotel, decent price. The two free drinks per night and made to order omelets in the morning were a great addition. Our room was spacious but nothing special. Close to restaurants, sports bars, and coffee shops, if you're staying in downtown buffalo I would highly recommend it.
