Amazing shop inside with a wide variety of chocolate goodies! Even coffee and ice cream are available! It was very interesting to see the chocolate factory through the windows, and learn about the process.
And of course I had to get a chocolate buffalo!

I didn't stop in for anything other than their delectable chocolates for Valentines day. We always as a family, celebrate all holidays and birthdays, anniversaries on a weekend closest to the said event due to all family members being able to join as a whole group. So in doing that, I was.able to get everything at 25% off due to it being after the holiday. Still spent $85.00. But always willing for the fabulous chocolates 🍫. The employees are never without a smile or pleasant demeanor. And are very helpful in every way, even in offering suggestions. (There is no dining in. There are only donuts or Pastries and coffee tea, beverages. Platters has wonderfully comfortable areas for couples to sit quietly and chat as well as a larger area with a larger number of seats for more folk and a TV. Very relaxed atmosphere. I wish to be able to be there at some point to watch the candy being made.

Absolutely the best chocolate. The service is phenomenal. The orange chocolate is a WNY staple must have. Try the East Felton Sundae on your next visit and your life will change forever :)

Absolutely love this place for custard!!! It's so so delicious, they serve generous portions and the ice cream texture is super smooth. The vanilla by far is the best flavor ever.

The place also feels like a rustic cafe and there's sufficient seating around the factory. There's also outdoor seating available.

Such a gem! Huge selection of their chocolate, made right in front of your eyes!

A must visit when in the area! Unique, chocolate moulds, both traditional and modern. Also, nice to see symbols from various religions represented in chocolate!

Mmmmm, the chocolates!!! This was a necessary stop on our vacation. We were there late afternoon and the factory was not in production. Bummer. I'd love to see the process. But we spent a lot of time just looking at all the chocolate creations. There is also ice cream, which was a very busy part of the store. Yes, we indulged! It was delicious! There are a few baked goods. It was hard to decide what chocolate to buy. They even had a nice selection of sugar free chocolates which allowed my husband to participate. There was no way to go wrong here. Don't miss it!

5 STARS!!! Amazing place. They had so much chocolate, ice cream, and a coffee/tea bar. Super clean compared to any of the places I visited while in Niagara Falls area. Judy was my cashier and she was amazing!! Excellent customer service from her! Thanks again. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Went on a try-it Tuesday. Great way to get tiny sample of unique items before purchasing a package of artisan confections. Friendly workers. Nice atmosphere for the hometown guests and out of town visitors. You can order a baby size sundae to not have so much more ice cream than you can handle. Lactose free ice cream choices. Gluten free topping choices. Pleased it fits my food restrictions.

The chocolate orange sponge candy is awesome. The factory and store are so clean and well stocked. This was our first time trying sponge candy and it was delicious. Candy the chocolate expert we spoke with is great. She told us the history of the candy company and let us have a couple of samples. What a nice knowledgeable person. We will definitely be buying from this place again.

Once you had Platter's Chocolate you will never want any other! We went and bought a variety of different flavors for my kids because they never had the pleasure of Platter's chocolate! I would love to meet the person who would try and tell me they've had better elsewhere. This location is there newest and it's fantastic! They also have a Facebook page alerting folks when there's different events going on there. They also have ice cream, coffee, tea and the baked goods. I love the fireplace area, it's so romantic and relaxing. You can also see how the chocolates made and they offer tours. Amazing just how many varieties are available. Try the Orange Chocolate . I thought No Way ! Tried it? Fantastic ! Our Tour Guide was Funny, Charming and more than Knowledgeable, answering all our questions. And all the while the Beautiful aroma follows you throughout the building . Upon completion of the tour We tried many of the different and Very tasty deserts available. We shopped a lot. Great time . Friendly staff. Highly recommend a visit. You will return again and again.

I ordered the sponge candy latte with almond milk and a small box of sponge candy. SO good! Drove 30 minutes to get more dark chocolate sponge candy and to try their hot chocolate with oat milk. 2/2 both were good experiences :)

This was my first time here. Very delicious!! I got the sprinkled almond butter crunch hot fudge sundae. SO GOOD! They have featured desserts, lots on the menu to choose from. Lemon ice, sundaes, custards, shakes, and more. They had a child sized portion which was perfect for my daughter. Generous portion sizes overall for the cost. The staff were all very friendly. Tables inside get sanitized. Indoors/AC seating. Honestly, a new ice cream spot for me!!! Very pleased!

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Atmosphere is always playful and comforting. The ice cream is simply delicious!
