The staff here are the best! Especially the taller fellow I keep forgetting to get his name but he is super cool and always gives me a nice compliment and it makes my day. Good selection of drinks here too considering the size of the store.

As someone who comes to this location frequently, I think it is pathetic that someone like this "Nakita" character would write a review for her own agenda, which is proof why even Google reviews are no longer a trusted source with all of the lies. If she allegedly gets her assistance from Rosa, she would know that Rosa hasn't worked at this location for nearly two months now (I would know, I miss seeing her every day!) It's apparent the "new employee" named Emily has a strong relationship with her employees, so that they feel comfortable around her, and it radiates to others. Anita helps me every single time I am at the store, makes me laugh and is super knowledgable, and has nothing but good things to say about the store and her new manager. Sounds very "abrasive & unprofessional"!

I highly doubt any LCBO employee would be talking publicly on the sales floor about a private matter such as theft let alone profiling, but it does not shock me that Nakita's agenda is to push disgusting narratives in a clearly false claim. As someone who lives in the area, I have valued my trips to the LCBO even more because it is apparent that the staff and management all care, something you don't see at every store. I guess nowadays caring about the safety of customers, employees and yourself is not a showcase traits like "professionalism, empathy & people skills" - none of which Nakita seems to possess.

Typical LCBO store. Very good helpful staff if you are looking for a certain product. Well done!

Good collection

Smaller store in the heart of downtown Kitchener. All important brands are there but if it's a specific product that you are looking for, they might not have it at this smaller but mighty location.

I love it because I find this store location very helpful & has the products that I'm specifically looking/interested in!

Staff members are extremely fast at thier job plus well informed about the products that the store sells! They try hard to keep the store stocked, plus clean for us customers!

Have you seen the new LCBO downtown kitchener. It's just a block or two from Central Station on Victoria Street and only two hops away from the Beer Store at Water and King

Nice n clean.. but starting price for whiskey is $30+.. could add some lower onces

Nicely stocked LCBO. You won't find everything here, but it has the essentials for spirits, liqueurs, wines, and cocktails. Nice variety of craft beers and ciders from Ontario and local breweries.

Service was great... The men were very respectful and nice

Absolutely the best LCBO in my opinion the gentleman is nice. And there so much security your guaranteed to feel safe while buying your spirits. Had exactly what I needed. I drink twisted teas.

Seems to be a good bunch that keeps this place going. A nice addition to king street I have to say.

Very friendly staff and a diverse selection of apirits.

Despite being a physically smaller location, they have quite a good selection of spirits, wine, beer and cider. Even has a premium section Employees are always friendly, have never had a bad experience while checking out. COVID protocols are in place and followed: shields between checkouts, marked direction lines, sanitizer available at the front, sanitize after each customer.

The store is good but in beer some options were not there though we got some other good beer

This store has a great location but what really stands out are the employees. Very knowledgeable and personable. The selection is a bit tight but I find it just right.

Great location downtown, I was there this morning and seen that their front door windows were broken into last week. What's the world coming to. Great selection and awesome staff

Can't go wrong here if it's what you need. This one has a wider Scotch selection than the one on the other side of town.

It was not busy, walked with a good friend that is well known at these businesses...
