I live on Capulet Lane in London Ontario. Your company is replacing all our toilets and shower heads in our apartment building. Last Friday I had your team replace my toilets, unfortunately the only name I know is Jen. Just want to let you know that Jen and the entire team worked diligently, were very pleasant, cleaned up their work area. Please pass on my sincere thanks to your team. They are an asset to your company and represent your company in a very positive way.

We have been unable to drain our sink for a week and had Jen and Rob come to fix it. They were very good at their jobs and exceptional with their service. I'm not sure if another company would have been so invested in helping us fix this issue. Many thanks to Jen and Rob for being so helpful.

Just had Rob from TRH over here this morning. Our landlord had asked them to send someone to investigate high water bills. Rob found and resolved the issue right away. Furthermore, he also managed to identify a separate issue when we asked about a problem with our shower. He explained the problem in simple terms so we could get the landlord's approval to do the job and then fixed it right away. (This was all done in ~2 hours).

And though I didn't get her name, the lady who called to schedule the appointment for us was wonderful as well; very polite, kind and flexible in scheduling.

Overall, great experience and I highly recommend TRH. 5 stars.

It's hard to find polite and professional people, but that's exactly what Adam was. He was courteous and quick to respond to my hot water heater replacement. He went over-the-top, as the location of the water heater needed to be moved and he did so without question and Jeff did a great job with the install. I rarely leave reviews, but TRH was simply wonderful to work with.

What an amazing experience. From Marissa who answered the phone to Rob who arrived quickly to fix the leak, the service was better than I could have hoped. Discovered this leak at 7:10 pm and by 8:30 pm it was fixed. Highly recommend TRH Plumbing. Both Rob and Marissa were extremely friendly and helpful.

Emergency call at 9 PM on a Saturday evening for busted pipe in basement and no hot water. “Rob” was literally at my home within 1/2 hour. Replaced a copper elbow, and diagnosed the water heater as needing replacement. Friendly, efficient timely service with a smile. I definitely recommend this place!

Really happy with how responsive TRH was to first contact, quickly set up an appointment, addressed temporary repairs and had the repair scheduled within days. Arrived on time and got the job done. Very pleasant to deal with. Impressive work, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

The Plumber (Rob) was really professional and friendly as well. Removed a stubborn blockage quickly. He noticed an improperly installed vent pipe at our kitchen sink, proposed a solution and had it done in no time. Even took some extra time to explain how everything is connected to our main stack. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Recently I had a water leak in the basement near the main line on the Friday night of long weekend so I had to shut off water supply to entire house. While 90% of so called emergency plumbing service providers were not available for an emergency and were suggesting two to three days wait the others were charging twice - thrice and needed credit card information without even confirming the visit. So when I tried trh plumbing from google not only the guy(sorry forgot the name) showed up within the suggested time frame which was 9 pm for a 8 pm call to help us but was very courteous humble and professional.
He did the job a fantastic job quickly and efficiently . Not trying to over charge or put in more hours.
The guy said the company is fairly new but I am sure they will go great because they have it all to make it successful. Good luck and thank you.

After a few months of living in our new home we discovered some issues/concerns with a toilet, kitchen faucet, sump pump elbow connection and downstairs gas fireplace. TRH fixed all issues in one visit and were punctual, friendly, and a good price for the work completed. We now have peace of mind going into these winter and spring months in this new home. They even went above and beyond to look at some other concerns I had while they were here. I would highly recommend their company.

Very knowledgeable staff! I have an older home (over 100 years old) and they were able to identify issues with the older pipes as well as fully installing a water heater. The price was reasonable and the quality was exceptional. Highly recommend the team at TRH!

Had my bathroom back up, it overflowed my tub and toilet. I called TRH and they came within the hour and fixed it. They were friendly and professional. They had it fixed in no time. I will definitely be calling them again in the further.
