Ive been living here for over two years now, and I am continuously impressed at how much care the building manager, Karine, takes to make sure we are happy. Whenever I have a question or concern, she has the answer or solution in a heartbeat. Also, the apartment units themselves and the included amenities here are really nice. Having 24/7 security so there is always someone available if you have a problem is also a huge relief. This place makes a joke out of my last apartment.

Karine Di Pietro was great and very helpful . As a non-resident, I asked her for parking and she promptly referred me to the convenient public parking nearby, simplifying my day. (Even though she didn’t have to) Her kind and effective approach is commendable. Excellent Person!

Karine Di Pietro is the ideal building manager. Extremely competent, responds promptly and has great interpersonal skills. The owners (and the residents!) are very lucky to have her.
