Returned a canopy, needed help to my car. Martin was so helpful and extremely friendly..all about service…he sought out a new canopy for me, led me to the cashier, had to attend to another customer, but promptly came back to me to offer help to my car! Oddly enough, Martin also helped me with the first canopy I had purchased…same exact level of service. Thank you Martin. Also need to mention Eric, who processed the cash refund, without any hesitation, and also excellent service level, I was in and out with my new canopy in record time! Thanks to both! Great store to shop at !

I have been a regular customer at Home Depot for almost 3 years now. I recently moved to Burlington and started visiting this location. The staff here are wonderful, so helpful and always eager to assist. They have incredible patience to deal with a DIYer like me, who's just a newbie.

Kudos and big thanks to Mehdi, Ryan, John, and Mike (sorry if I got your spelling wrong!) All your tips and tricks have worked very well with me.

I had some complications, but once Janet from customer service got involved to help me everything was a breeze! She's really great to speak with and has a lot of experience to be able to figure out solutions. I enjoyed being able to get what I needed done with her assistance. THANKS JANET!!!

I’ve been shopping here for about 20 years. The service has always been good - but the gentleman (Martin) who helped us load 20 bags of mulch was FANTASTIC.

We are looking for a screw replacement earlier and not sure where to start. Daniel came and assisted us. He is very knowledgable, friendly and happy to help. I have been Home Depot for years but never encountered such a very helpful person like him. He explained how to find a perfect screw and the labels and measurements etc. He is the truly best!

Love Home Depot and this store doesn't disappoint. Clean and organized with good stock. Good and consistent prices. Fantastic Christmas selection and displays. Help in departments is usually available, but has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great system with their self serve order pickup lockers at the entrance. Parking and access to the parking lot is fair.

I had come a few times this past week and was helped by Brooke and Sudesh. Both were very knowledgeable, kind, patient and seemed very happy to help. I had a great experience with them both and was able to find everything that I needed. Great customer service!

I had to make a few visits there to the garden dept. The last couple of days.
Dade was very helpful and courteous n brought items to my car with a smile.
Next trips I had Jeff Akash and Victor..to get rocks soil n sod..all were very helpful in bringing ti vehicle etc.

I have been a customer of this Home Depot location since 2018. I have tried 8 out of 11 Home Depot locations within my wider area in the region. This is far way better managed than any of those on the GTA. The manager changes every few years. It started with Crystal in 2018/19 then another Crystal came in about 2020/23. Today it's Kent (Manager in the Evening Shift). All three of them have been fantastic partners for my business. You can easily tell this location is well run because, by now, through the leadership from Kent. Thank you for your hard work and service to the customers. You are a gem in Home Depot.

Also, during my visit today (I was on the lookout for front door locks which I purchased several today), aside from Kent who was helpful. Mike (Specialist from the Front Door lock section / Section 19 I think) was extremely helpful. His attention to detail and product knowledge is one of the best I have seen. Thank you again for the help.

My husband and I have been renovating our home and Ella in paints has made our experience super easy and the guys in the plumbing section were so helpful when recommending different materials for us to use!
Can’t recommend this location enough!

If there’s anything you need, and you aren’t handy, go and find Daniel R. He knows everything about everything in that store. He was so incredibly helpful cheerful had a smile on his face. He just made the entire experience. Fantastic, I highly recommend going to see Daniel if you go to this Home Depot

An amazing customer service experience at this location. We were helped by the very friendly and informative Daniel. He helped us pick the right product for our projects and also gave us discount on products.

Wish I knew the name of the woman in the paint department who helped me with stain on Saturday. I didn’t think I needed her but she proved me wrong! Would come back to this location just for that kind of customer service.

Neelu (Customer Service Desk) is amazing at resolving our issue. She took extra steps to go beyond to serve us at highest satisfactory level.

I must admit. This may be the first time I rate 5/5! I believe Kent earned it.
I visited the store in Burlington this evening and obviously I needed help to find some particule boards I must purchase for my home reno.
Fortunately Kent was right there and tried to help me but was not on stock. He went out of his way to offer me other options and even provide me with other competitors details!
He also took me to another department as I needed other items and explained to me the various choices available.

Not only he did that but I found out later that when I approached him, he was getting ready to leave as his shift just ended.
I really believe he did an excellent job helping me to navigate the store and also to help me solve my problem.

New review for Burlington HD

I was at the Burlington HD last week but no one was available at the electrical department. I ended up buying a product that was not suitable.
I came back a couple of days later but found myself in the same situation.
I met this young man from another department who tried his best to help me.
I asked to talk to a manager who was very helpful trying to get someone to help me.
Finally Samuel I believe his name is, came and he did help me.
He told me to go to electrical supplies as HD doesn’t carry what I need.
I did appreciate his honesty

Love to buy plants from their garden center. Got 6 asiatic lily, but just the tiny one. So bad, wasn't even able to take photos..

My second home , especially in the last few months :) the staff is always very helpful, their return policy is unmatched. Also, they have very low turnover rate so I always talk to the same people and they know you and your projects. They become more than sales associates , more of an o advisor.
