I recently visited the floral department of Fortinos at Appleby & Dundas and had the pleasure of being assisted by Adele. Her expertise and passion for flowers truly shine through in her work. Adele took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered wonderful suggestions to create the perfect arrangement.

The bouquet Adele put together was stunning and exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and eye for color and design are remarkable. She also provided helpful tips on how to care for the flowers to ensure they last as long as possible.

Adele’s warm and friendly demeanor made the entire experience delightful. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I left the store feeling happy and impressed with the exceptional service I received.

We went to the prepared food section to grab lunch and I was very impressed. They have a lot of choices and the prices are very good. Everything that we had was fresh and tasty and everybody was able to get what they wanted. They also only have paper bags and encourage you to bring your own bag. A great option to grab ready-made food.

Love this store! Always very clean and inviting on the inside, and whenever I use the grocery pickup service, I always notice the phone mannerisms and professionalism of the staff are top notch! Super refreshing - the quality of the food, the kindness of the people and the professional service 🙂

Love shopping at Fortinos, even for lunch their hot plates and soups are good…
Location is very nice, bright and open, people that work there are very helpful and polite, fresh products are good and the bakery has also very good options…

Great grocery store! Very well kept, clean and organized. Lots of options to choose from, great prepared food counter, beautiful flower arrangements, friendly staff.

Been coming here for years and the grocery experience has always been great. Bakery is also wonderful and fresh. The take home dinners have gotten better and now there is a weekly discount on sandwiches. Would be great to see halal offerings more but otherwise 5/5 !

Recently had a really wonderful experience with Marcus, one of the store managers. Had to run in as the store was closing and was looking to buy ingredients for holiday baking. It was a Wed PM and they received their shipment to re-stock the shelves that night but Marcus took the time to help us and go to the back and get us the ingredients that we needed. He went above and beyond to provide excellent and efficient customer service. Highly recommend this Fortinos location!

Big store, Great selection of almost everything. Love their hot foods, Sandwiches and Especially their pizza slices. If they don't have it here at this store you don't need it.

Love this place! I went to buy flowers for my parents' 26th wedding anniversary and Halle in flowers did an amazing job for us. Thank you 😍

Such an awesome place for freshly baked cakes and European breads.
Quite organized and friendly staff. You can get everything at one place from spices to grocery and other stuff. I personally loved the carrot cake,it was delicious 😋

As far as I am concerned, no other Fortinos branch in the Oakville area beats this Burlington branch in terms of neatly packaged foods, well arranged aisles, easy to find locations of items, freshness of food, and professional staff. I give this branch a 5 star. Keep up the good work.

Always friendly service. Especially from Juan! He always has a smile on his face and makes sure he greets you in the parking lot. My last visit he was insistent that he help me load my groceries in my car. Keep up the great work Juan! Fortinos is lucky to have you on their team. 😀

My favorite Fortinos if I have to go to one. Guelph line is gross. The manager of the fish area is awesome. It also doesn't smell like bad fish. The closer you get, the more it does smell. Not like Guelph Line.

I ordered catering with Pane Fresco at this Fortinos and wanted to call out a young lady that I spoke to and who was there when I picked up the order. Her name is Jordyn (Jordan) who was working in carvery/hot table. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. For a young student, her poise, knowledge and customer service skills were outstanding. Thank you to this young lady for making my experience such a positive one! The food was also very delicious!

Fresh produce, a bakery in store, and a fantastic butcher are the big draw.

Tons of easy parking and a very convenient in and out are the best tho.

Clean well stocked grocery store, helpful staff, definitely shop here again!
