There was a long line when I arrived but the staff ware able to handle all the orders.

My go-to order is the Brown Sugar pearl milk tea and I ordered the Strawberry with tapioca for my cousins.

Overall experience was okay. I'd highly recommend.

Really good toppings I recommend are macchiato (it's similar to the sea salt creme you see in Chatime bubble tea) and tapioca

The freshest juice I've ever had from a shop! It was the first time I was able to fully finish a bubble tea drink. Every sip was delicious! Coming back again soon!

Coco is easily my favourite bubble tea store in Waterloo for my go to brown sugar bubble tea (75% sugar as I find regular too sweet). In my experience I have found they tend to run out of brown sugar pearls towards the end of the night, so I try not to visit them near closing. There is usually a long lineup, so I would suggest ordering ahead using their app. The only downside is they close at 10pm. I wish they stayed open later!

Fast quality service. It's a bit busy but the wait isn't long. The monthly deals they have are always pretty good. Its where i get my cost efficient bubble tea. I should probably stop drinking so much though. It's just too convenient.

This place is actually pretty good ... funky little juice ... bubble and milk tea spot ... just off Lester and University, in the lobby of an apartment/dorm building. If you don't know about it, you probably won't find it. If you like these sorts of cool beverage joints, you'll love CoCo. With this being location #3317, they must be doing something right.

So far the best place for bubble tea in Ontario that I have tried, they have another location in Mississauga as well, really food. If you like bubble tea you have to try this place.

One of the longest running and biggest chains that sell authentic tasting stuff straight from China! Milk tea, yakult drinks, and toppings are always well made. Parking can be dicey especially during peak dining times, alternative commuting methods are highly recommended!

Very good bubble tea place, great selection and there are sometimes special deals such as a large bubble tea for $1.20 cheaper. Reasonable staff that offered to replace my bubble tea when the container broke. Would recommend.

Love their bubble tea. I drive 20 mins just to grab bubble tea here. They’re busy so I order through the app and by the time it’s ready I’m already on my way.

i love coco’s fruit slush drinks! (especially mango) they do it the best. a few times my drinks have been a little under blended since i can still taste bigger ice chunks but nonetheless this location is great

It's not "blow your socks off" bubble tea, but you'll definitely find the og flavors your use to and it still tastes good which matters 👍there is parking behind the building and on the street. This place sits inside a food court of a condo building.

Hands down my favourite bubble tea place in Waterloo. Not only is it one of the cheapest, it also is one of the best-tasting places. The rewards program nets you a free bubble of any size with any number of toppings for every ten bubble tea you buy, so it's a great opportunity to try out more expensive toppings you don't wanna get normally. (I tried Fresh Taro the other day with my free drink reward and found I really loved it.)

The only cons would be that they don't have too much selection for actual teas compared to some other places, and that since it's such a great place it tends to be busy.

I've been to this location twice and have had a wonderful experience both times. The quality of the bubble tea here is great and the staff I've interacted with are SUPER nice! I will definitely come back here again. :)
