These guys are owed a HUGE shoutout for their professionalism and work ethic. After having a terribly shady experience at a dealership in Ottawa we decided to expand our search. I quickly found the Jeep we wanted which was excellently priced. Hamzi contacted me which led to Toullah helping us out on the finance side. Communication was a breeze, everything was seamless and above board. They worked with our schedule for pickup of the Jeep. Upon pickup we were offered a drink and washrooms after our drive up from Ottawa. Hamzi offered and took the time to show us how to work the computer screen in addition to the Jeep being plated and ready to drive off. Toullah is a very warm person and easy to deal with. I had the pleasure of working with Domenic. He sold me a pre owned vehicle on the lot that he matched me with perfectly for my needs. He explained to me there are 2 prices on the website a finance price and a cash price with a $2200 surcharge. I purchased the car with cash and even then I still got the best value compared to other dealerships and they even offer a $1000 service card. Highly recommend Domenic was great through the whole sales process.

I came to Caledon Chrysler because they are a one price store. Their used car pricing online explains a surcharge of $2200 for cash deals, which still got me a better value with my trade in then I was able to find elsewhere...I am superbly satisfied! Ask for Elsa the Sales Manager she is amazing!

What an experience wow !! Adriano is a class act, he actually took my vehicle personally for a road test and the kicker is he is a licensed tech which is rare nowadays. I called him on his cell on Saturday (his cell number is on his card... very rare) and he picked up ready to help answer my questions.
