Royal Ambassador Banquet

My husband and I were married here (at the Greenhouse to be more specific) November of 2023 and it was truly magical. From our first interactions with Nicolas, organizing and asking Stella countless questions, to the month and week of our wedding this venue exceeded our expectations. The prices were extremely reasonable, we paid a little extra to have our ceremony there as well I think but other than that- open bar was included as well as a cocktail hour and late night food option!

We originally really wanted to be married outside by the lake, but because it was being held at the beginning of November we weren't sure we would be able to. Stella and the team made sure we were able to decide right before our wedding and we ended up having the most gorgeous outdoor ceremony. I personally decorated our wedding(with the help of our families) and the team was so accomadating, we were able to do the entire set up for the reception the day before the wedding(please note this was bc we had a Friday wedding!) The actual day was a fairytale, the staff at the Greenhouse welcomed my husband and I individually and met our every need. I believe her name was Lorna(?) She was so sweet and constantly checked in with us .

We got married at the greenhouse this July. Everything about the day was perfect. We’ve received so many compliments about the space, many guests have told us this was the most beautiful wedding venue they’ve ever seen. The food was incredible, served hot, prepared perfectly. The bar was top notch, far better than we had expected.
My husband and I had our own personal waitress, which was incredible, she brought us food and drinks while we were doing photos and was just a joy.
We had an issue with our rehearsal dinner booking but the waiter took care of it and made sure us and our wedding party had a perfect meal.
I am so glad we came across this venue and would recommend it to anyone getting married in the future. Thank you!!!

I've had the absolute pleasure of photographing weddings at this venue on a handful of occasions and all I can say is - WOW. I love this place!!

First things first - it's a really beautiful venue inside with big arched windows and elegant table cloths, chairs and other details. It straddles that balance between being classy but not overbearing with fancy.

The outdoor area is where this place REALLY shines, though! We're talking beautiful stone landscaping, massive lush gardens, lots of grassy areas for games/mingling, a big waterfall for photo ops, and a massive lake-front gazebo that is surrounding by amphitheatre inspired levels for guests to see an outdoor ceremony take place. If all that wasn't enough, the sun sets at the other end of the lake - making this an incredible spot for photo sessions when time is right.

The staff are also some of the best I've ever experienced too. Always asking guests if they needed anything and were super prompt with food delivery and dirty dish takeaway. My clients have always had amazing things to say about their experience with their wedding coordinator to make sure everything was just right for their special day.

I really can't wait to work at Royal Ambassdor again because I know it'll be an easy going day and photo sessions around the grounds will look fabulous!

This is going to be a long review so brace yourselves!

My now husband and I had our wedding here 3 weeks ago. We were going to be having a large wedding so back when we had booked the date, we decided to do our ceremony in the Greenhouse and Reception in the Embassy (the entire room). To be honest, in the very beginning we had mixed feelings when we booked only because of the one staff member we we were dealing with. Fast forward to weeks out from the wedding, we had our taste testing and our servers were really nice and said this was exactly how the food would be served the day of. The food was delicious and good portions! Shortly after we had our meeting with Stella to confirm all the details, allergies, numbers etc. She was super helpful and friendly to plan with. She did bring to my attention that to have the full Embassy room we needed Minimum 300 Adults, we were at 260 and though we had missed this on our contract, the person who sold us on the venue hadn't mentioned this to us. Panicking I'd have to pay the difference, Stella spoke with the owner and they were soooo nice to have let us keep the full room. Total numbers I had was 280 (with kids). THAT in itself was huge for us. For our ceremony I had requested there were no tables in the greenhouse, they stuck by it and followed through. Though the hall has its areas it could have a little reno, once you get your decor in there it looks BEAUTIFUL! I was in awe the first time I saw our hall. The beautiful large windows, huge dance floor, the ceiling designs plus our decor through vendors just looked so elegant. From speaking with staff over the phone, to the day of the wedding they were all very nice and helpful. We had the Premium bar and our food was chicken, steak, soup, dessert accompanied by the Portuguese style seafood buffet. We had our guests approaching us how amazing the food was and the good quality alcohol.... we were not expecting that (lets be honest wedding food isn't always like home cooked food). Everyone had an amazing time, and left with their stomachs full.
The following morning I realised I forgot one of my DIY projects (had been moved from our greeting table to the Conservatory room where our buffet was placed). I called them and they said they would check and get back to me. About 4-5 days later I called back to get an update and they still had it and set it aside!

Everyone has their own opinions, and we went into this simply hoping for the best and 'whatever happens, happens'. We got married in March knowing that their beautiful landscape may not be visible if there was still snow. Well, our pictures turned out AMAZING because everything was a crisp white!

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone. Just really read the contract carefully even if you feel like everything was thoroughly explained to you, mistakes can innocently happen!

It was a lot of fun capturing Andrea and Adriano’s wedding at this venue during the winter holiday. While the beautiful outdoor aspects of the venue such as the gardens and stone patio were not available due to the weather, the spacey interior and large windows made for some great castle like photos which Andrea and Adriano loved. Great venue for multiple seasons!

Wow, where to begin? The Royal Ambassador has to be one of our favorite wedding venues that we have ever provided Wedding DJ Services. Everything from their gardens to staff were just perfect.

They have several different ceremony locations to choose from, all of which have exquisite views of the property that make wonderful backdrops for wedding photos.

Their stone patio was the perfect place for cocktail hour, offering a wonderful balance of sun and shade along with plenty of seating. The appetizers that were served by the catering staff were to die for! We kept having to remind each other to save room for dinner 😂.

The venue interiors are exquisite, offering tons of space for weddings of any size. There staff were incredibly helpful and made sure all of the wedding vendors had everything they needed. Even the bathrooms were in wonderful condition all throughout the night.

I highly, highly recommend checking out the Royal Ambassador for your wedding or any other type of event. After being in hundreds of wedding venues I can promise you that you will not regret it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Alright, I don't know where to start. Wedding is once in a lifetime experience and when you start planning you have lot's of expectations but really don't know how it will all goes.
Signing a contract with professionals like Royal Ambassador makes everything easier. On a wedding day (13th of May) everything went smoothly and as planned. All the crew were extremely nice and supportive. You just needed to turn around and you would find someone asking what you need. Before wedding Stella was always responsive and open to answer all our questions. Always patient with our requests.

We came all the way from Quebec because we fell in love with this amazing place. And to be honest it was beyond description.

The food was very good and we heard good comments from our guests too, The bar and bartender were amazing.

If I wish to change few things it would be maybe being able to choose your own timeline for gazebo. Because we chose the Lakeside gazebo and we had so much time limits. Or maybe the minimum amount of guests which left us with no choice and we had to pay extra because we didn't have that amount of guests. And lastly maybe availability of a tent near gazebo for guests in sunny days.

Overall I really want to thank you for making our day so special and for your collaboration.

My wife and I recently went to The Consulate Restaurant for dinner, and our experience there was fantastic! The atmosphere, service, and quality of food was worth every penny. Our server was an absolute gentlemen, and even bought us a drink at the end of our meal. The Consulate is a perfect gem in Caledon and if you haven't visited this establishment, you're missing out.

Amazing customer service. Diana is awesome and extremely helpful. She’s a blast and understands everything required for a big fat Indian wedding. Helped us through the entire process and included all our requirements.

The royal ambassador is a wonderful venue. I recently had my fall wedding there and everything was perfect. Stella was quick with responding to my emails. The day of, each team member working our event were kind and helpful. The food was amazing they made the bride and groom a plate from the cocktail hour, the service was excellent. Whenever a small situation appeared they were on it and solved it within seconds. For our guest signing board my marker didn't work and one of the team members noticed and quickly grabbed me a marker so wonderful. Me and my husband had a wonderful experience with this venue. We fell in love with their landscaping and lakeside gazebo right away! Everything was perfect our guest were talking about our wedding days after. A huge gratitude towards Lora she made our experience there lovely! Thank you royal ambassador for making our dream wedding come true! highly recommend!

My wife and I chose this venue for our wedding ceremony and reception and it was the best decision we made! All the staff went over and beyond to make sure every detail was covered and everything went smoothly. Even with some hiccups not a single person noticed 🎉 The food was amazing and the kitchen staff was very accommodating as I wanted to add personal touches to the menu. We want to thank Stella for organizing everything perfectly, and we would like to say a BIG thank you to Lora who was there every step and coordinated the evening perfectly. We recently had our wedding at Royal Ambassador. Both Nicholas and Stella were great to work with. The staff were great and the manager working on our wedding day was especially amazing. The food was delicious. We would highly recommend Royal Ambassador.
